I’m a single mom & was leery of sketchy contractors. After the inspection, I got pictures of what was wrong & an explanation of options to fix it. Good work, good price & they stand behind their work with a warranty. I contacted them for a quote on a Wednesday & the guys were at my home to repair the rotted wood in my roof on Friday. Give them a call.

Give this company a shot! This is a company that stuck with the process when others wouldn’t since I was going through a loan assumption and it was taking for ever. So every time it rained there was water coming through some damaged areas. This company actually put tarps on the damaged roof while the bank finished the process knowing that it might take a while. Most other contractors wouldn’t do that if there was no immediate business, so that’s why I stuck with this company once the process cleared. Out of 10 contractors that knocked on my door, they offered the best service. The quality of the materials was good and the repairs were done promptly. They definitely didn’t gave me the "we cut corners" vibe like other contractors. A big shout out to Carol for a great customer service and awesome attitude!

Eliut from NTX Roofing is one of the best roofing contractor that you can have! He is very professional, prompt, sincere, patient, and most importantly an honest person. He walked us through the entire process from the beginning to the end-- making sure that everything would be done in a timely manner and to the best of his knowledge. I appreciate him and his entire team! They are very hard working and detailed oriented. Coordinating everything and everyone takes time and good communication. It is very rare to find a hard working and honest business person! I will highly recommend him to my friends and anyone needing a new roof or any other repairs. NTX knocked on my door to perform a free evaluation of my roof, they also met with my insurance co. They replaced my roof in one day with high quality shingles and a professional job delivered. I have to shout out to Bryan Miller for exceptional customer service and attitude. He was very engaging and friendly and willing to answer questions I needed and even before I knew I needed to ask them! Very professional but yeah I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me just to sell me. When I am in need of a new roof I already know who I’m going to call to spend my money with since it’s worked out with insurance and that comfort of him staying throughout installation of the new roof is very mind settling. Even if I wasn’t needing to get a new roof, the experience with Bryan Miller was one I won’t forget and definitely adds a positive connection and view of NTX Roofing solutions!!

Eliut Ramirez was the project manager for our roof replacement. He was professional, courteous, and did exactly what he said he would do. The roof was completed and our lawn cleaned up in a day. He also did a walk through to ensure everything was up to par before he left. He followed up the next day to confirm everything was still okay. The NTX crew arrived early and went to work immediately. Martin the painter was excellent! Our ceilings look great! Alex who removed and installed the gutters was quick and efficient as well. I worked with Samuel Reynolds to replace my roof. He was very helpful and professional in the process. He made the process easy and stress free.
