A coworker recommended Marshal from United Roofing after a storm blew thru with hail and wind. My coworkers roof was covered via insurance and Marshall was onsite when my adjuster came and helped get my roof covered as well! He was very thorough and very responsive!! Who does that these days? He dealt with my insurance and made the process painless for me. If you suspect storm damage or just need a new roof I’d highly recommend this company!! What a blessing they were to my family and I.

I’ve had excellent results on 2 big projects working with United Roofers and Stan Knappen! In the summer of 2023, a major storm damaged my roof, fence and backyard deck. Stan’s crew worked on several nearby homes and I checked with my neighbors who gave them outstanding reviews. The team was very skilled, worked efficiently and professionally. Stan’s communication skills were excellent and he helped me with everything my insurance company needed. Within the year I was notified my dilapidated garage was considered a hazard and needed to be torn down on a short deadline. I immediately contacted Stan who, once again, did an excellent job with the demolition and cleanup in the space of one day. He also researched to find the best deal for me on the rental of the large dumpster required for the job. I plan to work with Stan and his outstanding United Roofers crew to build a new garage. Highly recommend hiring this 5-star company for the highest quality work they provide!

We called United Roofers because they had done several replacements in our neighborhood. It was a good move. Cody and the crew were great to work with. Our situation involved an insurance claim and Cody was helpful in providing information to assist us with that process. The work was done on time as planned and the roof looks great. I’d hire them again.

I worked with United Roofing last year after a storm damaged my roof, fence, garage door and etc. There were several other roofing companies quoted but only Cody answered to all my concerns with detailed explanations and their price was reasonable. On top of that, Cody was very flexible when working on the details. There are so many roofing companies out there, hey we’re in TX, and United Roofing is definitely my go-to roofing company. United Roofing came by my home and offered a free inspection to check for hail damage from a previous storm. They were able to identify significant damage to my roof as a result of hail and was able to work quickly and professionally with the insurance adjuster to assist in the claim process. United Roofing was then able to quickly install a beautiful, new roof on our home. The entire process from when I met them initially at my door, to handling the claim process, to reviewing the drone footage of my new roof, was completely painless and seamless. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently a massive Texas size thunderstorm blew through the North Texas area. This storm dumped marbled size hail and with 50 knot winds. I had no idea the damage my property suffered from the storm. Matt Jacob from United Roofing "a neighbor" gave the house and roof an inspection and informed me that the massive storm caused major damage to the roof, gutters, and windows. Matt and Company were fantastic! Below is a list of actions that I appreciated while working with Matt and company. 1. Professional and knowledgeable about the insurance process of making a claim to fix the issues from storm damage. 2. Matt was always reachable. By phone a call, Text, or email. I Never had to play phone ping pong during the process. 3. The workers were very professional and careful. They protected plants/trees/pool, and other structures around my house. 4. The window guy was helpful and professional. 5. The process from inspection to completion of the work was completed in three weeks.
