Because we couldn’t be there in person, Sam sent hundreds of photos throughout the process, giving us a front-row seat to all the work being done. That level of transparency and communication gave us complete confidence that everything was handled with care and professionalism. WRS is a company you can trust to do the best work on your house for a very fair and competitive price. I first met with Mike two years ago and he spent time showing me all of my options. Insurance premiums and hurricane safety made the project a go this year. The owners are dedicated and love what they do and I still find it hard to believe they accomplished so much so quickly. Sam really knows his craft and his team didn't skip a beat, the new roof looks gorgeous and the neighbors keep complementing. Andreia stepped up and went above and beyond by helping me so much. The quality of work by this company was superb. They did a full peaked roof plus complicated flat areas with precision and skill. Our concerns were fully met and questions all answered. They guided us through the payment process as well. All workers were courteous, hard working and efficient. Management and ownership were always most understanding, cooperative and sensitive to all our needs. This company went well beyond what was required. We highly recommend them for any roofing related work.

Selling our home and the inspection came back with roof repairs required. Sam from WRS came out on a Thursday to review the report and inspect the items mentioned. he was very thorough walking the roof and inspecting each and every item. He explained to us what was needed from a roofers perspective to meet the letter of the inspection. We asked him for a quote and it was provided the next day on Friday. We agreed on the price and he told us that they would be there Monday of the following week. Like clockwork they arrived and began to work. Repairs were finalized by Wednesday. when repairing the roof he found some additional issues that were causing leaks in a repaired area. We called him and he returned to investigate the why? He found that a previous repair by others, was undermining the work they had performed. They remedied the situation and guess what, NO MORE LEAKS! i would highly recommend WRS to anyone looking for and honest, fairly priced roofer.

WRS has been absolutely amazing to work with. They have been incredibly responsive to a complicated situation, replacing and fixing parts of a town home roof and following up on every aspect from start to finish with excellent communication. Our insurance company was on us about our flat roof and said either repair it or replace it.. they also said that an elastomeric coating would suffice but we didn’t know about this until Mike at WRS told me about it. I hired them to come in and do the work the insurance company was asking for at a very competitive price. Great customer service, prompt when it comes to timing, and great quality of work as well. I surely will be recommending them and using them for my future roofing needs!
