Russ and Lawrenz Contracting helped me with my roof after it was damaged by hail. He was excellent the entire process. He inspected my roof first, and then helped me through the insurance inspection process and worked with the insurance company to ensure I got a claim for the full amount. Helping me navigate that space by itself was a huge value. When they came to replace my roof - his crew was extremely professional, efficient and their work was great. Everything was kept extremely clean, and after they left it was hard to tell they were ever there. Russ and his team were super communicative and timely the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone, and will certainly use him again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my roof looked at a while back and it didn’t seem like there was much damage for an insurance claim. I went about my work and real estate contract after contract, I was negotiating a new roof so when Nick Duzich reached out, letting friends and colleagues know he was happy to help with roof inspections through Lawrenz Contracting, I started to wonder... I’ve worked with Nick before and know him to be solid and trustworthy, so even though I wasn’t familiar with Lawrenz Contracting yet, his name was enough to get me to ask for a second opinion. Within 24 hours, I had a full link to a report with 40+ photos, guidance on what to share with my insurance company, and all the documentation I needed to make a claim. Because of Nick, I didn’t just get my roof replaced — I was also able to address damaged shake siding, repaint all the wood trim, stain the siding, added insulation while the roof was being torn off, and soon I’ll be replacing a few more windows that had been on my list for a while. I was also able to , the deductible, the recoverable depreciation, etc. In turn, I feel like I'll be able to help my clients better now when they have to make a claim! That wasn’t all — my house on Featherston also needed attention and a new roof. Nick provided the same great report and conveniently sent over a paint estimate for that one too (without me even asking, because he knew I’d want to tackle it while I was on a roll). When it came time to pick colors, I told him, "Nick, I trust you — you choose." And he nailed it! The before-and-after results are already amazing, and knowing new windows are next just completes the picture.
