ESS were great to work with. Got my roof replaced due to storm damage and Jacob did all the hard work of liaising with the insurance company on my behalf, and ensuring everything that needed doing was covered as much as possible. Jacob followed up routinely to give me updates or ask for my decision/requests. I also was given options to add during the work, such as adding electrical wires to install a patio ceiling fan, and also installing a new sun light in the bathroom during roof replacement. Great experience and very honest, motivated and caring group of people. I highly recommend using them.

ESS company did wonderful job in fixing our home. We were new to this entirely and Andrew's team guided us through out this remodeling journey. They not only did the best job but also answered any questions we had and helped us in choosing right decisions as well. They are wonderful. Very detailed in completing the work. They worked with me on getting the pictures and information I needed to file with the insurance company. Were able to match the flooring so only the damage part had to be replace. They worked with me and keep me in the loop through the process. I am using them to do a kitchen remodel now. Andrew Taylor was excellent to work with and always trying to get the best price on everything.

We contacted Earth Saving Solutions in July 2023 for a master bath remodel. They promised a completion timeline of 4-6 weeks after the materials arrived in early December. Fast forward to mid October 2024, and the project is finally complete. It took them nearly a full calendar YEAR to complete a small ~130sqft bathroom remodel. The project was riddled with issues. The heated floor installation was installed wrong and so poorly the manufacturer warned us it was a fire hazard and to get it replaced. This forced us to tear up most of the work back to the start. The installer showed up only a few hrs a week or not at all. It felt like we were definitely a low priority for Earth Saving Solutions. Over 10 months our house was a construction zone. They used the garage for storage so we couldn’t use half of it to park. The living room and guest room stored everything we had to take out of the bathroom/ closet for the project that was supposed to be 4-6 weeks. instead it was 10 months. I offered to give a positive review and testimony in the hopes that it would be an olive-branch to fix the incredibly bad heated flooring install and the other issues they created. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem like that mattered as it still took another 6 months to complete. All while leaving us without a usable master bathroom. Our finished basement became a construction zone because of issues like a tool being dropped into the wall and they had to cut a large hole in the wall to recover it. That took several months to patch and paint the hole they made. The bathtub leaked and they had to cut several holes in the ceiling in our finished basement to make repairs, which also took a few months to fix. During that time our basement bar area had to be cleared out and moved into boxes in another room. It was a major inconvenience. Quality was consistently poor. Wood trim was damaged, and "repairs" consisted of painting over the damage to hide it, instead of actually fixing it correctly. New wood doors had gouges and scratches while black hardware was also being damaged and mishandled. Mismeasurements caused significant issues including tile placement too close to windows and doors resulting in additional costs for us to have to replace window treatments to fit correctly and future costs because we can’t install a closet door as we wanted to do eventually. They didn't follow their own blueprints. Many corners were being cut. Most concerning was the lack of required permits. Earth Saving Solutions originally told us permits weren't necessary because we weren’t making significant or structural changes only for us to discover 8 months later that they are indeed required in Colorado (after we had to consult an attorney). This left us feeling deceived and to make matters worse we learned that unlicensed subcontractors were performing all of the work without any oversight from a licensed contractor to sign off on plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work. At no point during the entire 10 months until near the end when I pressed for it did the work get reviewed by a licensed contractor. And again, it was only because I had to fight and argue for this after having numerous leaks, water damage, and other work that was just done below industry standards. Trying to communicate was too because they were constantly out of town / on vacation which caused delays for us. with the project nearing a year overdue Earth Saving Solutions sent in more workers to rush completion. I suspect this was due to the risk of being sued and that it was less about caring about the quality of their work, and more about covering their butts. While the bathroom is finished; the stress, frustration, and high costs we paid were not worth it. The work looks fine, if you don't look that close. But for 10 months of effort it should be pristine quality craftsmanship. We received no concessions and very little real apology for how much of a nightmare it was to deal with Earth Saving Solutions in that 10 month period. I cannot recommend Earth Saving Solutions based on our experience.

Earth Saving Solutions did a great job on removing mold from my house! Derik and Jacob on the EMS team did an amazing job removing the mold and ensuring the mold was gone. Zach, Fabian and Pedro on the reconstruction team did a wonderful job restoring my house to the way it was before the mold.

I had an excellent experience on my mitigation project. Everyone involved from start to finish was great. Brad and Katelyn made the assessment easy and informational. Mike and Edgar made the mitigation/removal happen efficiently and effectively. I’d recommend this group and will certainly call them in case of any future emergencies.
