We were referred to John for full window replacement in our 1940s home and are thrilled with the outcome. Our original windows (picture 1) were installed when the home was built and in bad shape and no longer helped insulate the house, so we opted for full window repair, including trim and casing. John was a great at listening to our desires and guiding us through options. We went with the Marvin Elevate series (painted pine), installing 10 double hung windows across our home, which took less than two months from signing the final contract to completing install. The workers were friendly and operated with care despite having to deal with delicate plaster walls and stucco. When we had questions for John about whether the full contract had been executed, he made a aite visit and ensured our concerns were fully addressed. The results are beautiful, the products and work are high quality, and we look forward to using Berg again for other home improvement projects in the future.

We had the roof, skylights, gutters, soffits and fascia replaced. Our contact at the company, John, was very knowledgeable from the first time he came out to give us a quote. My husband specifically wanted a ridge vent across the entire length of the roof and we had a situation at the corner of the house that required a bit of ingenuity with the gutter. Berg sent three different crews to our house due to everything we were having done. Everyone on site was courteous and thoroughly cleaned up the property when they were done. My husband has been a carpenter for 33 years. He originally started out building houses and had high expectations for this project. If he was satisfied then I am satisfied! Please note that the amount of money we were quoted is the amount of money we paid. There were no hidden charges. Communication with John was very easy. If I had a question while the crews were on site, he responded to me almost immediately. I will definitely recommend Berg home services in the future.

Just a quick review to express sincere gratitude with the way Berg completed our recent roof and siding replacement. Our project manager, John Oros, was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition, communication was always timely and proactive. We first did the roof and then John came out to help us replace cedar siding. Berg Roofing completed a tear off and roof replacement on my home. Price was reasonable and fair. Crew was professional and polite, and protected my property. Crew did a great job cleaning up the work area. Joe, my sales consultant, went above and beyond. He kept me updated on all phases of the project and was quick to respond to any questions I had via email and when he was at the work site. I was impressed that the owner Dan came to my door and introduced himself to me when he was visitng the work site. Berg Roofing also replaced my main chimney’s weathered siding with LP wood. Berg and our salesperson, Bob, did a major job for us replacing old cedar siding and then installing new vinyl aluminum siding, all new gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffit. They are also in progress with replacing our front entrance and patio door. Very happy from start to finish! Competitive pricing and the most compelling factor in our selection was the number of neighbors who had work done by Berg!! Painless from start to finish.
