The process was smooth and painless which is what I needed after all the stress of being a homeowner. They are complete professionals and that gave me a peace of mind. Starting with the free roof inspection to the end result, the entire process was streamlined and stress free for me. Mackintosh was my roof specialist and I could not have asked for more. He was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process of calling my insurance and starting the claim, all the way through to the day of the project. He regularly checked in and was available to answer all of my questions. Not only was I able to get my roof replaced, I was able to choose a new shingle color and Rooftech was even able to paint my house. It looks brand new and I couldn’t be more thankful.
