Is it possible to leave zero stars? As far as honesty and excellence goes this company gets very poor marks. We ‘hired’ this company to replace our roof. They took the insurance deposit (over $8000), stripped the shingles off the roof, and then disappeared. Their business model claims to be the roofer you can trust, and trust me they just want your money. Numerous lies were conveyed by the company to us about inspections and permits. When the city ‘cancelled’ for the third time we went to the El Paso Planning and Inspections department. It turns out that the company had never pulled a permit on the work nor scheduled any inspections. This is because you can’t schedule an inspection without having a permit. Just lies by the company, but I suspect it had something to do with the company allowing the bond paperwork with the city expire after taking our money. That would be just one straw, but then, after stripping the roof without a permit, it rained, not once but twice! The company told us it was our fault the rain had gotten into the house because tarping of the roof would be an out of pocket charge by the customer. Another lie. Once confronted with these issues, the company came and took their dumpster leaving a mess of our driveway and yard. They have since stopped communications, leaving a job undone. As an addition, I would not trust the 5 star reviews on this page either. One of the ‘reviewers’, Joe Palacio, is an active employee at this ‘company’. The rest are family members or friends of "Mario", the ‘owner’.

Beware of this company. Just like many others have mentioned, Mario and Aaron are nothing more than thieves. Which honestly genuinely confused me cause they seemed so genuine after meeting them a few times and doing a few jobs with them. They rented one of our dumpsters for a roofing job. Aaron signed a contract, all three of us communicated through text, everything was documented. When it came time to pay, they stopped responding to calls and texts. I stopped by their Remcon office and apparently the office doesn't exist, its just a PO Box address that they use. The invoice has been viewed over 40 times. Dozens of texts and calls to both Mario and Aaron ignored. If you value your time and money, steer clear of these scammers. Mario, if you're reading this, the invoice is still open. I know you viewed it last week.

On November 23, I had Mario and his son Aaron come to my house to give me an estimate on a new roof. They stayed in My Home for over two hours very friendly polite gentleman. We discussed all the other bids and how high they were so Mario knew he had to make a price that was appealing to me. Once the price was agreed upon by us he then asked for a deposit of $7425.00, I never having a new roof put on my home. Didn’t know that that was a ridiculous priced as for a down payment. I gave them the check. They were going to start the following Monday come Wednesday they had still not shown up. I called every number I had I text every number I had to locate them because I started feeling very uneasy about the situation, I never heard back from them. The check, of course has already been cashed. I feel violated and hurt that these two men would come in my home and act so courteous and kind knowing the whole time they were going to rip me off his name is Mario ViLLABA. And his son Aaron, who goes with him to do the quotes these two men are as dishonest as they come, and after the fact, I checked the Better Business Bureau reviews, and they had numerous complaints for money being stolen and the work never done. I felt so very foolish that I didn’t check these Reviews prior to handing them over my heart to earn money if anyone knows a way to help me get my money I would greatly appreciate it. I already filed a police report a fraud report with Wells Fargo, my bank, and with the Better Business Bureau, so the Police Department is supposed to assign a detective within the week and then if they cannot resolve it, it will go to the El Paso county attorneys office where they will warrant arrest for Mario and Aaron Please please I don’t want anyone else to fall for the smooth talking. We all work too hard for our money to give it away to criminals like these two.

I would not recommend VM Roofing Solutions to anyone. Total transparency, I did not use them for their roofing services. Although I did house the owner "Mario" at one of my Airbnb properties for an extended stay. We had an agreement that he'd pay his rent each week, the last 3 weeks of his stay he'd continue to say he was going to pay but didn't have his business check book? He asked me to download the CashApp so he could pay me then just ignored me after that promising to make a payment using his business account. I've attempted to reach out to him numerous times and I've been nothing but patient and respectful to him. He decided to block my number and he refuses to respond to my messages or pay what he owes. I wouldn't recommend doing business with a person of those morals and standards. On his website site he claims to do business with honesty and excellence??He's shown to be dishonest and I wouldn't trust him or his business. If you decide to use his services, you don't have to pay him since he thinks it OK not to pay me. If he owns up and does that right thing and pays me I'd be happy to remove this review of him. Otherwise I'd definitely not recommend doing business with someone like this as he may not complete your job and keep your money and then block your number.

I highly recommend VM Roofing Solutions, Mario explained the process from beginning to end. His crew did an outstanding job on my roof. I am totally satisfied with the outcome of their work. My roof looks amazing!!. I didn’t have to take time off work Mario kept me informed everyday and send me videos of the process.He provided me with peace of mind I could continue with my work peacefully without being worried about my roof.. VM Roofing Solutions is professional and I will definitely recommended this company. Thank you for your hard work, professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend VM Roofing, everything was explained in a professional manner. The owner Mario keeps in contact with you and also sends pictures of the work that his business is doing. If your home needs a roof or inspection I highly recommend contacting Mario. He is patient and has been very responsive with his work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to start off by saying that this company is a total SCAM. Mario Villalba and Aaron Villalba hired my bother’s company to do a roofing job for him and he payed him with a check that had NO funds! They don’t answer the phone and we’ve gone to his office and they are nowhere to be found. Please don’t hire this company unless you want to loose your money.
