A to Z Roofing & Exteriors

My husband and I are very impressed and pleased with A-Z Roofing. We worked with Loney, who was the coordinator for our project. He always promptly answered all of our questions. He came out often to check on things. We had a very unique and complicated roof, and all was done with much care. Everyone on the roofing team was great to work with. Sincerely yours, Dorothy and Jake

I worked with Tim Webster from A to Z Roofing back in 2018 when I had a roof replaced because of hail damage. I’m not sure why I didn’t write a review back then, but the whole process went flawlessly, Tim was great to work with, and I’ve been very happy with my roof. I recently put my house on the market, and the buyers requested documentation to show that I had installed a class 4 roof because that would significantly reduce their home owner’s insurance cost. Tim quickly provided the necessary documentation as well as a copy of the installation warranty (10 years!) that was transferrable to the new owners. So even 6 years later, Tim is still providing excellent customer service!

AtoZ did an excellent job. There were many 'additional details' including- attic ventilation, bathroom exhaust vents, skylight upgrade, and shed/house flashing they professionally installed, besides working seamlessly with our insurance. I could say more, but in summary we are very glad we selected AtoZ.

The roof on my house has been replaced 4 times over the years, due to hail damage. The replacement done by A to Z on July 31, 2024 was the best installation ever. I am extremely pleased with the results. Lonnie was very helpful and patient with my research questions. I chose to go with Malarkey Legacy – Black Oak. When the day arrived, Lorenzo showed up at 7:15 and within minutes his team began showing up. Immediately, everyone got to work. They were here all day - till 7:45pm. Neighbors told me how carefully the team worked on trouble spots. As a homeowner, do your roof research to determine what type of roof is best for your location. The research pays off in the end.

A to Z Roofing did a great job rebuilding a cricket on our 1936 home. Loney worked with us the whole time to coordinate and follow up. He was excellent; very on top of things, showed up and called when he said he would. The quote was very reasonable and they did a nice job with the cricket rebuild. Our house has been dry ever since! We will always call Loney if we need other roofing projects done.

A to Z Roofing has earned a 5 star rating from us. In 2010 they replaced some cedar shake shingles on our roof. Then in 2014 they replaced our roof with asphalt shingles. More recently they put gutter guards up. Each and every time they have been professional - communicating well, on time, polite, thorough. Their products are top of the line, yet their prices are very reasonable. I am so glad we have had A to Z Roofing taking care of our roofing needs for several years.

This company replaced our roof after severe hail storms damaged it in 2016. We haven't had any problems until recently, and we could tell from the lack of draftiness in the house and better heat retention, not to mention that the roof no longer leaked, that they had done a really good job. With heavy rains and strong winds occurring frequently this spring, we noticed a kitchen leak coming from an outlet to a vent on the roof and called A to Z to see if they could help. As it turned out, the problem was with the vent on the roof itself, which pre-dated their replacement. Although it wasn't strictly under warranty, the company as a courtesy agreed to come out and replace it, and they did so with a high quality part. It was really impressive. Customer service like this is rare.
