Larios Roofing

Fabulous roofing company!!! Larios Roofing came highly recommended, so I hired them to replace my roof. I cannot sing the praises enough of James Larios, brother Tobin in the office and their work crew. They are honest, polite, respectful and extremely quick to return phone calls and texts. Their workmanship is outstanding and their prices reasonable. I wish all business dealings were as easy and pleasant as this was!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with this roofing company from start to finish. Tobin and James were pros! Knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right. They took the time to walk me through the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made what could have been a stressful project feel totally manageable. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left everything spotless when the job was done. My new roof looks great! Highly recommend working with these guys especially Tobin and James!

We highly recommend Larios Roofing for your roofing project. Replacing your roof is a big investment, and with the years of experience behind his crew, we’re confident in the quality of work they put into this project. The project included demoing and removing 3 layers of old material and replacing the roof on both the house and detached garage in just 4 days. We’re really happy we chose Larios Roofing. Big thanks to James and his crew and to Tobin.

Absolutely great guys. Small local family business, incredibly customer oriented and professional to the bones. If you would like to minimize your stress related to any issues with your roof - James, Tobin and their crew are your people. They would go beyond this world to help you and most importantly make it right. From initial meeting and to the final inspection they proved themselves to be reliable, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, which exactly what we have been looking for when choosing our contractor. The quote was comparable to others. However we were sold on their attitude to handle the business. I am positive they could serve as an excellent example for a much better established companies. Original quote was the same amount what we paid in the end. And it worth noticing that as an addition James has installed gutter guards around our garage - the most exposed area to leaf fall and didn’t charge a dime for it. Yes, guards were leftover from his previous project, but still it should tell you something about these guys. We greatly appreciate your service. Please keep the great work you do and making things right in this world. May God bless your family and business.

Larios‘s Roofing did an absolutely fantastic job on my roof. They were very efficient, clean and did quality work. They were very good about communicating on getting me scheduled , always kept me updated. I would highly recommend Larios Roofing!! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great experience with the staff. They were attentive and listened to us. They kept us in the loop during the whole roof replacement process. Very responsive and responsible folks. The day after our roof was completed, it happened to rain. What great timing! James stopped by to double check all the work that was done and flushed the one gutter that was clogged up. I would definitely use them again if I had another roof that needed to be replaced.

If you have found your way to Larios Roofing, consider yourself lucky! There’s a reason they have 5 stars. If I could give 6 I would. Let me tell you why. 1. Price 2. Quality craftsmanship 3. Customer service Larios came well under five other bids. They can do so I assume because they’re well run and don’t waste your money on their marketing - it’s word of mouth. I have replaced two roofs on the six homes I have owned, and done repairs on others. The roof Larios replaced was a 1980 terracotta tile that unfortunately was neglected by the previous owner. We went with Certainteed asphalt shingles. Honestly I was apprehensive because I liked the tile. However, when I look at my house now, and when I went up to see their work - just wow. I didn’t know how much I would appreciate the look and the quality craftsmanship a significant part of that. On customer service. We told Larios this was going to be a two phase project, roof and solar. They were very flexible in working with our selected solar installer to help us with seamless financing that my wife and I had previously arranged. And knowing how imperative it is to install solar right, Larios offered to come back and inspect the solar installation for any flaws or damage. They found some damage, minor, but necessary to repair and Larios is helping us navigate that. Long post, I know. Still, I am probably missing something. Like I said, if you found your way to Larios Roofing, consider yourself lucky. But if you don’t believe me, test them. Put them up against a few other contractors out there and see for yourself. Thank you Tobin, James, and the team at Larios Roofing!!
