Northside Company

We had a full tearoff roof replacement, at recomendation of 3 local contractors, including Northside. Their estimate was fair, and quality of materials / warranty a good value relative to our other quotes. Our project estimator / project manager (Josh) communicated well throughout the process. The work itself was excellent. Timing occurred as per original forecast. The work crew was extremely focused, hard working, thorough, high quality. and professional. They did a super job cleaning up in difficult conditions, both at end of first day, and at project completion. We expect the quality of materials and workmanship will keep it all in good condition for many years to come.

We recently contracted with Northside for a full roof replacement on our home. I cannot say enough about the process and the team that did the work. Friendly, courteous, and very hard working. They were diligent about protecting our property during the process and did a great job on the clean up following the install. I had four old Colonial-type house windows with aluminum storms , two on each side of the front door, that I wanted turned into two picture windows, with ventilated sides, to gain more light. Robert, in sales, promised it would be done before Christmas when every other company said, not until next spring or summer. Eight weeks after ordering from Northside Company, and six weeks before Christmas, they are done. And they look beautiful. They enhance the appearance of my home, they will be easy to clean, and I cannot wait to put Christmas lights around them. Thank you Robert, Dan, and Joel for the excellent job, exactly as promised and better than I could have imagined.

We had a great experience with Northside from start to finish. Sal came out to quote, answered all of my questions and explained the entire process to me. We had the quote by the end of the day, and it was more than reasonable. The selection of materials and colors was complete, and not overwhelming. They guarantee their work and are fully insured. The installers were always on time and worked full days. The cleanup and care for the property really impressed us. They transformed the look of our home and were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Northside!

I can’t say enough good things about Northside Roofing! I got many estimates and Northside was by far the best one. Josh came and looked things over and he was great! No long sales pitch and an estimate exactly where I wanted to be. The crew came right at 7:30 am and finished the job at 7pm. They worked nonstop, and cleaned up much better than I would have done. These guys were hardworking, very polite and so quiet! My roof looks fantastic and I’m so pleased I chose Northside to do this job. I’m definitely getting them back for other jobs that need to be done. I highly recommend this company!

Bryan and the team at Northside did an outstanding job on siding our house, installing gutters and our new front and storm door. Bryan was responsive, gave us a timely estimate, helped with a decision about design and clear on timelines. The install teams were professional, courteous and worked hard, even with some bad weather. The overall project came in ahead of the schedule we expected and right on budget. The team also accommodated a change in schedule when our new front door came in damaged and had to be reordered (the shipper's mistake, not anything to do with Northside). It was not in the original work for them to install the door, but because of the delay, they agreed to install it as part of the project, which worked out perfectly and they did an amazing job of that too! If we need to, we will be using Northside again and I would encourage you to reach out if you need something done!
