Awesome Crew and staff. Empire Roofing did an awesome job repairing our roof. They are true to there word if they tell you it will be done in a day that's what they mean. they don't leave a mess behind they clean up after themselves on the day of work and come back the next day and make sure they get all they were not able to see the night before. The last thing anyone wants before going to work is a nail stuck on there tire because all residue was not pick up. They go through everything to ensure that does not happen. They make sure you get a great quality roof for the money you are paying. They will assist you through the whole process to include if you may be having issues with your mortgage company not wanting to pay on time after the job is done. No worries they will help you in that area they will talk to the mortgage company on your behalf to ensure a smooth process and no worries on you they will handle that in a professional manner. this is how awesome they are while everyone was with there families eating Turkey and all fixings on Thanksgiving they were on the job 6 in the AM to 7 in the PM professionally installing a brand new roof and you don't have to be at home to watch them do it. I'm not one to leave review's but this is a business worth leaving one for. We initially started the process with MND construction for our roof due to damage from hurricane Florence in Fayetteville. The FIRST specialist from the MND construction that came to look at our roof and AND the actual sales office would not return my calls after I informed them what our insurance was going to cover. (Insurance was just going to cover patch work) so needless to say, that company wasn't willing to put any effort to fight this with our insurance carrier. Now.... Zach Scalera with ER roofing would not accept what our insurance company said they were going to cover. He put in the TIME and effort with our insurance company and even had a second adjuster come out to our home to justify the reasoning for a full roof replacement. Zach was very thorough, answered any questions we had and was quick to respond to any of our calls/texts. The quality and warranty you get with them is by far worth it and our roof looks great! I would recommend them and Zach Scalera in a heart beat! Thank you Empire Roofing.

Found out I had to replace my entire roof so I had it done by empire roofing. I worked with Tom which was great and he made what could be a stressful project run very smooth. I was very happy with the work that was done and so were the houses around me! excellent customer service, and really worked with me to make sure I got what I needed from insurance. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needed to go through empire roofing!

Claim Specialist , Zach Scalera, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did an assessment of the roof damage from the hurricane and made a recommendation of a complete roof replacement. After I contacted State Farm to submit a claim, Zach met the claim inspector on site and walked thru all the damage with the claim inspector. The whole claim process, roof replacement, and payment went smoothly. I would recommend doing business with this company.

Dealing with Empire Roofing and Restoration has been a pleasure. Representative Zach Scalera was extremely descriptive through out the process of dealing with the insurance company all the way to the roof replacement. After the storm last fall that damaged tens of thousands of homes around NC and other states, our house fared no better. It could have been much worse, but Zach Scalera from Empire Roofing and Restoration literally saved our house from falling apart with his veteran experience in the field and business expertise. Back to the beginning of it all, a pleasant insurance adjustor from USAA came out and looked our house over, gave his initial assessment to USAA, and later a check came in the mail for a couple thousand to pay for what looked like a couple shingles missing from the roof and other slight water damage. We didn't think it sounded quite right so we contacted Empire Roof and Restoration as we'd seen them finishing alot of roofs in our neighborhood very quickly. Zach answered the call. He came by as soon as possible and used a drone to scope out the roof, and separately, the interior damage. With that, he said where USAA (we love USAA, so nothing on them) said only a few shingles needed replaced, we actually needed the whole roof replaced! It was an $8,000 difference! Zach took control of the whole situation and became our liaison with USAA. He got another appointment for USAA to come out and showed up with them to show his damage findings. The USAA adjustor agreed and the next week or so, Empire had come out and in one day replaced our whole rooftop! It was such a seamless process and Zach is to whom the credit goes (with those roofing crews!). Zach even ran a magnet over our driveway and lawn again for stray nails and found a few. Then he helped a neighbor with something on their roof. Totally great-hearted person and it was a joy to do business with him. I'd recommend Empire Roofing to anyone needing their house restored, and ask for Zach Scalera if you want the best.

I normally will not do reviews, but this company exceeded my expectations. Zach Scalera did an awesome. He explained the process,showed me samples of all the material, and he answered all my question. He really put me at ease. The roof replacement was done in one and half days. Thanks for the great job. I would definitely recommend this company here in Fayetteville, NC.
