8 months of my roof looking like this. Ive been glared at by men from my own roof while sleeping, came-out of our only shower, man staring into my bathroom at me in my ROBE. Had to wait until he left to get dressed as it was a jump scare - silly me, my clothes not stored in bathroom for such occasions. They come and go as they please, they swear, waste product, sing, yell, bark at my dog, whistle, laugh - say horrific things in Spanish (my video is clear and concise) throw trash all over. Blare music. Destroy property, they have been on my roof banging, sawing for 8 months. Yet it looks like this. They left a full opened ruined bucket of roofing tar on my roof for 3 months. Some days they are at both windows front snd back of my condo this goes on for HOURS. Feral, Unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL "crew" Cant sleep in my own home. Cant work from home on zoom. Have to mute zoom go off camera, run to car - condo is one bedroom. Cant tell you the number of times we've been run out to our car to work from home. Been screamed at by these clowns. They are wasting time milking the clock, absolutely destroyed the condo property grounds looks like bomb went off here has for months and months. They are Loud and obnoxious! They take Hour and 1/2 lunch breaks start work at 7 am and drag it out. They have destroyed my peace. Utter buffonery. Lucky for my lawyer, I documented, documented, documented. Have a goldmine a virtual tele novella of construction hellscape recorded in every way. No one has been interested to listen to me, respect my peaceful living, I contacted the HOA i was told in writing "tell them to finish today" I said I don't work for you!." Not my job to manage your failed project. In fact I pay YOU. You have a storm coming and it isn't weather related.

Alicia was extremely attentive with the customer service aspect and followed up every step of the way. I made contact with Alicia upon receipt of our leak issues, and she quickly had an estimator at our property the NEXT DAY. The Crown team had an estimate turn around quickly and the job was done before the prior storm (which was my concern). Alicia followed up with me every step of the way (from start to finish). This is really good customer service, and a great customer CARE attitude. As of right now, we have no leaks in our lobby area windows as we had in the past. Thank you to Alicia and the entire team for fixing our issues timely, with consistent follow up.

Crown Roofing did a complete roof replacement. After a couple of years the roof tiles were sliding off of the roof. I connected Crown several times and they will not even call me back. I am still under their warranty, of course that has no value if they won't even call you back.

I am the president of a condo association. We had 5 buildings reroofed by Crown Roofing. They did a wonderful job with the initial roofing. They have been extremely helpful in aiding us with subsequent issues we had with a firewall needing work. They helped our stucco contractor come up with a plan to not interfere with our roof and gave clear instructions to the board and management company on how to proceed and not loose our warranty. We are happy to work with them and do recommend them to anyone needing roofing done.

I started seeing stains on my bedroom ceiling in my townhome, so I called this company to take a look at the roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Expecting the worse, I was very surprised when Bob Alex called me to let me know there was a small hole where the water was leaking into and it was an easy fix! He was able to take care of it same day. Very honest and friendly. He could have easily told me I was going to have to do some major repair and replacement and I wouldn’t know any difference. I will definitely be giving him a call should I need any future repairs to my roof!!

These fools came into my yard on Sunday evening at 5pm and placed a brochure on my Mercedes. I have it on video. So disrespectful. I would never hire them.

I have some hurricane damage on my roof. I first called on September 12 in an effort to be in line for repairs.I understand that roofing companies are working like a one-armed baseball player. Today's follow-up call gave me more information: estimates are now being scheduled for late January. They are still fielding 300 calls a day. Did the scheduled estimates all call on the second day after the hurricane? And are they still scheduling estimates from before Sep 12? I finally got through and had an estimate done. The estimate was very detailed with photographs. The repairs were done New Years' eve. I am very pleased with Crown Roofing's professionalism. The report was very detailed and included items my building inspector missed. I still give only 4 stars because I had to be the squeaky wheel to get the job done. Next hurricane, I will call Crown first before I get the shutters down.
