Superior Built Roofing

Great company! Super easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and did an awesome job. The crew was quick, respectful, and cleaned everything up before they left. My roof looks great and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done. The quality of the work exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled roofing services.

Incredible customer service and pride of workmanship. Quality can be viewed in many terms. Superior Built Roofing nailed (Pun Intended) every possible description of SUPERIOR quality. Nathan provided SUPERIOR customer service, SUPERIOR product (Owens Corning), and SUPERIOR workmanship from his crew. I never seen, met , or heard the roofing crew. They literally tore off my old roof and replaced a new one in one day. As a Realtor I do get plenty of opportunities to deal with many contractors. Superior Built Roofing is at the top of my list. Highly recommend.

We had a little mishap with a contractor installing screens in our lanai. They punctured our roof. The company fixed it with some flashing tape. I reached out to Adam at Superior and he advised a more permanent fix. They came out and fixed the hole right away. The cost was very reasonable, but luckily the first contractor agreed to cover it. This is my second positive experience with Superior. Great company!

After reading many online reviews to find a trusted roofing contractor, we contacted Superior Built Roofing to assess the condition of our roof prior to listing our home for sale. Nathan came out the same day and provided photos and an honest assessment and we appreciated that he did not seek to oversell us. A few months later, we faced roof inspection issues at our new home and so we again contacted Nathan. He reviewed the inspection reports we had received and sent his team the next day to perform an assessment. Ultimately, repairs were necessary and we hired Superior Built Roofing. Nathan, Christian and team were professional and completed the project with care and at a reasonable price. We would recommend Superior Built Roofing for your roofing needs! UPDATE: After Superior Built helped us with the repair to the roof of our new home, we hired them again for a complete re-roof of our current home to get it sale-ready. They moved fast and the work was done with quality. The final paperwork was delivered the day of our closing — thanks to Nathan, David and Vanessa for coming through for us again!

This review is long overdue, but timely nonetheless as we just roll into another hurricane season. We had some minor roof damage after Milton rolled over our house last year. I called several roof companies the day after the storm, and the ONLY company that answered the phone and I could actually speak to someone was Superior Built Roofing! I spoke to Joe, who scheduled a site visit/estimate with Adam the next day! Adam arrived the next day as promised, gave me an estimate, and had someone at our house within 2 days. Adam was fantastic to work with, communicated every step of the way, and was very responsive. All of this may seem "routine," but in today's world of dying customer service, Super Built's service was nothing short of perfection and at a very reasonable price! The other incredible part of this story ... Superior Built is based out of Fort Myers and our house is in Parrish! They came and took care of business even with a 1.5 hour drive for the work! Joe, Adam, and their team took care of us at a time when we needed them most during a very busy time for them, given the amount of roof damage following 3 major storms. We couldn't have asked for better service and very highly recommend Superior Built Roofing. You won't be disappointed!

BEST PRICE BY FAR —. BEST STAFF — BEST STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT …. FAST AND CONCISE ALSO. I’m a very successful author and unfortunately rather young widow in Southwest Florida, Riviera dunes Marina resort specifically in Palmetto, Florida. After Martin, the lineup at our million dollar homes was extensive beyond belief… The physical fights on my front lawn to get my business blew my mind. I can’t count the roof salesman that got in here from one account and then solicited every possible house they could after they got through our gates… And it was extremely hard to tell who was telling the truth, who is not, who is being a pig or who is being a hog. They say pigs, get fat and hogs get slaughtered. I actually was passing kidney stones through this whole event of them and I just can’t describe the agony I was in Well, even trying to vet a roofer. I finally picked who 5 of my neighbors picked Mainly because they guiled us by putting all our tarps up first. And of course, everybody is hoping to get a little Side money. I think it’s almost human nature at this point to feel that the husband’s got a good "deal." So nobody really wanted to share too much with anybody else. But three GM Roofing lied to me… They were not local and they were out of winter park. The bill started at 54,000 but when they walked in for the actual signing, it went up to 75,000. Superior Built Caught me at the right time and they weren’t even in the fray. Later all the neighbors compared and found out that they paid $140,000 for each of their roofs on average and they were throwing up when they found out I only paid 52,000 and that there were no tricks. I was amazed at their service when they told me the service day I first saw two pallets come in of concrete and clay tile roofing… And I just out of curiosity asked one of the foreman if that was all the pallets and he said no there’s 16 more coming! I think it was Only then I understood that that 60,000 pound roof was certainly absolutely worth more than I was paying for it. And the owners were so humble of superior built. I know Adam was one son’s name. I never really caught the father‘s name that owned the company, But I managed to super upset him during a huge misunderstanding. Other roofers are still stressing me out and banging on my door as I was finishing passing the kidney stones I was spiraling into a diabetic ketosis death spiral. I hadn’t had any real sugar in a week so I couldn’t understand why my sugar was going for 300 to 400 to 500… And it was just simply the sheer stress! In between going back-and-forth to the emergency room to get insulin and hydrated for four days… The owner of superior but couldn’t really understand what the heck I was doing and why I wouldn’t answer him… He just thought I was hiding in my bed and never gonna pay him or something. I am so so very sorry of all the misunderstanding and I just can’t begin to apologize enough. So I’m not writing this just because I’m sorry about how my behavior appeared. I’m ready because they were like the best deal by far it did allow me extra money to do other improvements the hurricane caused… And their equipment blew my mind. I’m gonna try to load up some photos because they had nice hydraulic equipment and most importantly I was the only resident that did not have one paver broken!!! After 3 AM had the nerve to charge my neighbors $140,000. Everyone of my neighbors had smashed driveways paver bricks and were told to get lost by that winter park company… With other things, broken and smashed. They must’ve made half $1 million on my street and will probably never see them again for any warranty. Hopefully all my neighbors will now use superior build who can work way beyond Fort Myers Florida trust me anywhere Florida they can schedule in give you the best price not stress you out just don’t stress them out and they’re very patient about the money they were up my face about the money. Most of my problem is my mortgage company who had very little to do this Love, trying to hold all the money. Xoxo

The new roof looks amazing. Everything was smooth from scheduling through the completion of the roof. I was impressed with how professional and fast the whole process was. (during the rainy season in Florida) I highly recommend superior roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. 5+ stars!!
