Premier roofing

My experience was far from satisfactory. The job was completed with noticeable sloppiness. What has compounded my frustration even further is their after-service—or, more accurately, the complete lack of it. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them for a callback to discuss and rectify these issues, my calls and messages have gone unanswered. It's disheartening to see a company display such negligence and poor customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring them for their roofing needs to reconsider and look elsewhere. It's important to trust your home to a company that values quality workmanship and respects their clients enough to communicate effectively and rectify any concerns.

Our contract with Premier Roofing stated they would replace all damaged timber and we would pay for the wood, however, they left all the rotting facial boards in place and put on the shingles. We had to pay a different contractor to replace the rotten facial boards, which was much more difficult to do because the new shingles had already been installed. Then 3 years later, the roof started leaking. A roofing inspector found that the flashing around the skylights had been installed up-side down. Although I texted, emailed, and phoned the owner almost every day, he didn't come to fix the leak until 30 days later. He patched the leak but he did not repair the damaged ceiling inside the house or reimburse me for tarping the roof. I don't even know if he fixed the flashing that wasn't installed correctly because he won't respond to my messages.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I saved 10 yrs to buy my first house and former owners chose Premier to do a brand new roof. There is an actual hole in my roof over my garage. They didn’t even clean up the edges of the roof or the trash. Called to make an appt to fix these issues and he never showed up. Now my calls just don’t get answered. My roof was done Oct 2024 and there is already water coming in. EDIT/UPDATE: It’s even worse than I thought! They used duct tape to seal the vents on my roof which obviously peeled off and let water in. They didn’t use waterproof collars on them either. On top of that, they threw all of the old roof into my attic instead of disposing of it properly! The added weight of the roof garbage is causing the ceiling in multiple rooms to sag. So now I have to pay to fix the roof, clear out the masses of garbage in the attic and fix the ac ducts they destroyed in the process. I just want to cry. How can someone be so horrible to another person? I’m not wealthy. I can’t afford this.

I called Premier Roofing because they were highly recommended by my neighbor. They quickly set up an appointment to come out and look at my roof. When the day of the appointment came, they showed up on time and had great communication! They did their job and I was given an estimate that I couldn’t refuse. Everything was done professionally. The workers were friendly and professional as well. There were no problems whatsoever. Time has gone by and I haven’t had any issues or concerns since the installation. I can’t thank them enough for doing such an amazing job. 100% recommend!

They did my roof, gave me a 7 year warranty. Not even a year in, roof is leaking in several places, ceiling has water damage. Our insurance inspector said this roofer did not seal several areas on the roof to protect against water. It's impossible to get s hold of snyone at Premier Roofing, they don't return emails and the voice-mail is full. Going to hire a lawyer...

The worst company ever. They never show up and after they say the roof has been repaired it still leaks. They will cost you more money and damages. The workers are unprofessional they do not have a clue on what they are doing. I would first verify that they have a licensed to do the work. They are crooks just collect money but don't get the job done. They also never answer the phone and will do the job whenever they feel like it. Hugo claims to be the owner but has no skills and tries to avoid you when damages are done to your property.

Premier roofing did roof for my home. I was looking for a good price and great work. Premier came gave me a typed up estimate not hand written one. Showed me many colors I can choice from. My wife and I are really happy with there service they came out and took them 3 days to finish my roof. They cleaned up after them selfs everyday and answered all my questions. I really happy with there service. And I will refure them to all my family and friends
