It was more than the roof, it was screens, gutters and downspouts, coordinating with the lightening protection company, replacing our awning and more. They upgraded my roof which qualified me for a large discount on my homeowners policy. I was able to select which company and roof type of several class 4 providers. The work was done fast and with high quality. They helped me secure the proper bill of materials and cost with the insurance company. Their PM communicated well throughout the process and kept things clean and moving.

Zack and team did a great job. I've had very little experience with a roof replacement or an insurance claim. He took time to explain the process and stay connected throughout. There was some back and forth with our HOA about the shingle and he discussed our options, the pros/cons, etc to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. The team was quick to replace the roof and respectful of our property. Overall, I would highly recommend Luxe.

Wow! Glenn and the Luxe Team Were Amazing! Not only did Glenn fight for me to have my entire roof replaced when my Insurance Company initially told me "no"... He actually had my premiums reduced by 25% by suggesting I compare rates if i Upgraded to a higher class of shingle! My New Roof Looks Amazing!
