At the beginning of, their original sales rep Joel was pretty professional. Although I was assured that I didn’t need to pay out of my own pocket before they filed on my behalf for insurance claim, I was later told I have to because "the insurance company gave bad information" to them. Joel seemed to be a trustworthy guy and I just let it go, after all, the insurance company approved the claim to pay for the lion share of roof replacement. We set a date for roof replacement and I was told it was one day worth of work. Then it turned to be it needed to be 2 days because the dumpster arrived late, then it turned it needed to be 3 days plus a couple of hours in the morning. For a house of 2 stories under 3000 sqft, it showed lack of experience. Joel never came during the roof replacement, which I should have asked, but I trusted the online review and what Joel told me which is they are a small company rely on word of mouth for business, so I thought Joel might be doing a different project . When Joel did show up to collect the final payment, I pointed to him some electrical lines pulled outside the roof were left hanging on the wall, he promised it’s going to be fixed the next day. Next day nobody showed up, 3 days passed nobody showed up. After 10 days, I contacted Joel and was told he’s no longer with Silver Arrow Roofing and I was left with no contact and electrical lines hanging down the exterior wall. I should also mention that after they left, I found so many nails in my backyard and almost stepped on one. This is dangerous especially if you have dogs or kids running around. I’m really worried about the quality of their work now just based on the small details. Not to mention I got no response on my question whether they have submitted roof completion report to the insurance. Now I need to worry that I will be in trouble with the insurance company. Too many headaches.

I highly recommend Eddie and his team. They are professional, cost effective, and very friendly. They did an excellent job. We were totally satisfied with their work. The clean up was phenomenal — their was no debris or leftover nails. The only thing they left was a beautiful new roof and satisfied customers.

I have to say that this company and its employee, Joel Carmona, and owner, Eduardo Alvarado, are top notch. Very good people. The workers spent an entire day replacing our roof and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement. They took care of everything and I especially appreciate that they communicated with the insurance company and met their rep to inspect our old roof. Thanks guys. Been trying to get the owner to come out to look at some problem areas. Made two appointments and he did not show up. I’m disappointed.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing my roof! Joel helped me through the approval process every step of the way, I wasn't confident in having my insurance company fit the bill but they got it done....I highly recommend Silver Arrow Roofing...Also a shout out to Eddie and his crew for professional installation and clean up....
