Excellent new roof. installers appear to have done good job with roof. Disappointed with completion though. Removed my $4000 gutter guards and left them on the ground. They said they wouldn't fit back on after new roof. Two managers agreed and said it wasn't the company's job. I went up on the porch roof and they hadn't removed one section on the back though. I installed 2 pieces on the porch and they fit fine but being 73 and a disabled veteran I couldn't put them back and didn't have ladders or ability. Collected the guards up and called leaf filter to reinstall them but cost me $400 out of pocket. Leaf filter took less than an hour and replaced all the screws they had thrown away. UPDATE. Manager contacted me and took care of the expenses very quickly. Roof job is fantastic.

My contemporary home was built in 1977 and was in need of updating, as well as some necessary repairs. I met with Marcus and Austin and am so glad I decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors to do this project. This was not a small project. Replacing siding that was almost 50 years old (and changing the color) also involved a new roof, new gutters, new gutter guards and a new front door system. The roof was 1st and was expertly installed in 3 days. The architectural shingles look absolutely great! My project manager, Dakota, kept me well-informed of the progress. The front door was next, which Angel did a fantastic job installing. At my request, he even took the digital lock off my old door and installed it on the new door. His attention to detail was flawless and the door is absolutely stunning!! Angel and his crew also installed my new James Hardie siding. I was impressed with their work ethic. The crew began at 8:45 and worked until after 6:30 each day, finishing in 5 days. They were very polite and friendly. They even wiped down all the siding with a damp cloth to remove dust. Angel even installed the 3 new light fixtures I had purchased. Angel and Dakota kept me informed of the process and progress throughout. They were very responsive and when Dakota went on vacation, Rodney picked right up. On a project of this size, communication is extremely important and, although I knew they had other projects, my phone calls were always either answered or returned promptly. My project was completed this morning with the installation of the gutters and gutter guards and I could not be happier with the final results!! Home Genius Exteriors and Angel, Dakota and Rodney, as well as Marcus and Austin, far exceeded my expectations!! I will gladly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for all exterior projects! I will definitely use HGE again!!!

Missed the survey but wanted to express how pleased I am with my new roof. Though the metal part took a bit longer than expected, it was worth the wait. I am very happy with how this turned out. I was on pins and needles hoping that the color would be OK - having picked it out and paid for it looking at only a 1 inch square on a piece of paper and an AI rendition. Perhaps the supplier could provide color samples of the product for buyers to view before having to make the purchase. This may alleviate some worries for your customers.

Home genius exteriors did an excellent job! Very professional from the seller Chris was very professional and personal. Darryl maintained communication very well and responded quickly to everything and answered all my questions with ease Highly recommend, no oversell or price gouging!

The staff from the beginning was outstanding! From sales in Garrett Carson's thoughtfulness and professionalism to the Project Manager Darryl Broxton's commitment to excellence and strong communication skills and follow-up, I've been so pleased. This process was a bit stressful however the team eased my anxiety and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Thank you Garrett and Darryl...you're the best!!

Home Genius Exteriors repaced attic insulaton and recovered the roof. All the work was done quickly and neatly. No complaints. Alex, the project supervisior, visited on a regular basis to ensure the project was proceeding on schedule, to answer any questions, and to ensure the quality of the work. The installers were friendly, neat, and took pride in their work. HGE also replaced the gutters in January. Again, an excellent job.
