J&K Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish replacing our roof after a hail storm. Danny Bronson, our sales rep, did a great job educating us on the whole process beginning to end. Unlike the other companies we met with he was direct and presented the information without pressure or disparaging remarks about his competition. Danny was always very responsive whenever I had a question and kept us informed regarding dates, times and what to expect. The crew completed the job on time and did an amazing job cleaning up at the end of the day. I recommended J&K Roofing to my neighbor and my son. They were both as pleased as we were. J&K Roofing was an excellent company to do business with. They did 3 complete roof replacements for me. Tim Tennant, lead man for all the jobs, handled all aspects from insurance negotiations, start to finish, as well as management of all work. Project Manager Ryan Kane was the best to work with in reroofing our house after hail damage. He was knowledgeable and always kept us apprised of where we were in the process. He worked with our insurance company to get us the most we were able to receive. Definitely will keep his card. us

This has been a very LONG and drawn-out experience. From the first contact to completion, took over 8 months!!!!! The roof was replaced in month 3. However, The roof installers damaged many parts of my siding and fence while installing the new roof. The gutters installers had a down spout drain directly into an exhaust pipe in my roof. Just very lazy and careless work (in my opinion). The last 5 months were spent trying to get all of this repaired.

Our neighbors recommended J&K Roofing and specifically Steve Cohen after a hailstorm in June. With it being our first homeowners claim, we were a little anxious and unsure what to expect. Steve alleviated that concern from day one and walked us through the entire process. He was always responsive, friendly and even handled some additional cleanup himself after the installation.
