Cody McKinney at Roof Doctors did an excellent job facilitating our roof install. From communication with our insurance company to picking out materials, he was very helpful every step of the way. The install crew did a fantastic job and it only took them 1 day! I recommend this company to any others affected by storm damage or looking to update their roof.

Tell your drivers to pay attention and follow road signs. Some idiot almost hit my daughter and I at the intersection on Murfreesboro road in Franklin! His sign specifically says "no turn on red", and guess what he did, he turned and almost hit us. Then sped away as fast as he could. Wreck-less!!!!

B+ Super nice folks, had some scheduling issues though. The final result looks great and I'm happy with the work. The job had to be done twice b/c the first shingles didn't match. The price was reasonable, good warranty.

I am the maintenance supervisor of two apartment complexes. I moved to Nashville from Pensacola/Fairhope area where I was an estate manager. Never! Have I had the professional experience as I have had from Roof Doctors in Nashville. They answer the phone or call me back if I leave a message. They treat me as their number 1 customer. I get calls from the service tech! They send photos of what they found and the invoice is completely up front and not overcharged. If you have ANY roof issues, please do yourself a favor and call them. Have been in the service industry all my life. 30 years automotive and another 15 estate/apartment maintenance. You do the math. I don’t recommend anyone unless they deserve it.

I contacted Roof Doctors about a new roof for a detached carport and installing roof vents for some bathroom fans. My sales rep Eric was very friendly and professional. He earned my trust quicker than most with his with his knowledge and experience. He and the owner returned after the initial inspection to go over the quote. The crews for both jobs were professional, hardworking, and completed the job correctly and efficiently. Work was documented/photographed and shared with me during the process and the company's follow up was excellent. I fully trust and recommend Roof Doctors for a quality workmanship, roofing products, and as pleasant of experience one can expect when buying a roof!
