Reached out to ABC Roofing and Exteriors after the March hail storm. They sent rep Jake out within days of phone call. Jake looked over roof and determined that I indeed had damage. I filed insurance claim and Jake was present when Insurance adjuster came, which made me feel very comfortable, he also helped me to review insurance estimate which helped me identified that they forgot to include my windows. I also needed work done on a patio enclosure that was leaking. This company is very reliable, efficient and trustworthy and knowledgeable. They worked fast in installing new roof and repairing enclosure. Jake made a process that can be exhausting, fearful and challenging, completely smooth sailing. I had a great experience with ABC from start to finish. From the free no pressure estimate from Jake who went over exactly what was included without trying to upsell me on anything. After making the initial deposit they had me scheduled for install within 8 days. The installation team kicked ass in the 90+ degree temperatures and worked a solid 11 hours to get the roof knocked out in almost a day. After finishing a few last details the new roof looks incredible. Jake kept great communication throughout the project and did a final walk through and gave me some roof maintenance recommendations.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Jake and crew for a hardiboard installation. They knocked it out quickly, followed the design plan, everything was level, straight and expertly installed. This little house is and was more than a home, it represents the dream and legacy of my late Father Mr John Wesley Palmer. The house needed some TLC after years of neglect from my Uncle. ABC gave this place a new start, a well deserved new beginning. After ABC Roofing installed new gutters, upon closer inspection, several concerning issues emerged. Despite everything appearing satisfactory from ground level, closer scrutiny revealed multiple shingles with 5-inch tears and instances of nail holes or nails directly hammered into the shingles. Additionally, they failed to properly remove existing gutter guards, leaving sharp metal edges exposed. Moreover, a section of the installation lacked proper slope, resulting in inadequate drainage. Notably, these damages were not visible from ground level, meaning someone unable to access the roof initially would have been unaware. This experience was disappointing, especially as it seemed they attempted to conceal the issues initially. However, after persistent attempts to reach out, they eventually addressed the problems following multiple calls and emails.
