Shane was really knowledgeable and professional. Bryan was also really knowledgeable and professional. The roof looks amazing!!! I am so happy so far with the job Pyramid Has done. Erving and his team were so professional and courteous. This is my 3rd time using Pyramid Roofing Services and they truly did not disappoint. Service was timely and Erving shared pictures as our project was completed. It is because of Pyramids excellent service that I would not trust my roofing needs with any other company!

Erving and the crew that installed the awesome shingles were bonafide professional and experts. Erving was available to answer my questions and kept me informed of what was going on. While he was on site as a supervisor that did not keep him from helping the crew. Tony was also a professional and like Erving, friendly and approachable. The crew worked hard to get the roof done on time and the clean up afterwards was outstanding. We are pleased with Pyramid Roofing and their team of professionals!

We had a fantastic experience with Brent from Pyramid Roofing. I previously had another roofer come to inspect my roof because I had a leak, and that person told me I needed to replace my roof due to numerous nails, cracks, and some wet spots. However, after Brent’s inspection, he reassured me that my roof was actually in perfect condition and didn't need to be replaced. I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity—he wasn’t just trying to sell me something; he genuinely wanted to give an honest assessment. Brent's professionalism, expertise, and friendly demeanor truly made a lasting impression. I highly recommend Brent and Pyramid Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services! After doing business with them, there should be no other pick for your roofing needs or repairs. On July 7th, an estimator from Pyramid came to my house to give me an estimate to repair some leaks in my roof. He took a look and expressed what he thought the issues might be and sent me an estimate later in the day. I reviewed the estimate the next day and had a question about the lack of guarantee with the job. I was told that even though there was no guarantee, if something weren’t fixed properly, they would do their best to make it right. I went ahead and hired them, for close to $7000, in good faith that they would stand by that. I signed the contract and was told that someone would reach out to me soon to schedule the job. A few weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything from the company, so I called to check on the status of scheduling. I was told that they were waiting on materials to arrive and that someone should be in touch once they had everything they needed. I was contacted shortly thereafter and a crew came out to work on the repairs August 12th-13th. It rained a few times over the next week and it was obvious that none of my leaks had been fixed. On August 19th, I called the company and made a complaint. I was told by the office that they were going to send my complaint for review and that someone would get to me soon. On the 27th, I was contacted by someone from the company stating that they were not going to come out and look at the leaks, because the work was not guaranteed. I asked that they still send someone out because the work was not completed IAW the SOW. I was told that someone would be out soon to take a look. No one came. On September 25th the office contacted me asking for payment, I relayed to the office that I was told in August that someone would come out to look at my roof because it had not been repaired properly. The woman I was speaking with stated that the person I had spoken with on August 27th had closed my ticket and uploaded a photo on Sept 5th, but that you couldn’t tell what was in the photo. No one communicated with me that the ticket had been closed. The woman told me she would have someone put me on the schedule and that someone would come out soon. Its now Oct 6th, and I haven’t heard anything. When the crew came to my house to work the repairs, they showed up with two full pallets of slate tile. They were there for several hours where I couldn’t tell any work was being done. They left for a couple hours and when they came back, I went outside and asked what was going on. They said that the wrong size tile had been ordered, and they had to go try to find some that were the right size. They only used a few of those tiles and I was still charged for all of the extra material that was unused and the wrong size. The SOW said that any broken tiles in the area of work would be replaced, however, there are still many broken tiles in the area they were working that are visible from the ground. I was told that my skylight would be sealed to the best of the company’s ability. that the corrugated plastic covering the skylight would be removed, and that it would all be sealed up. The plastic was not removed. It was rolled back, cracking it so now that is leaking as well. Let me ask…how can you properly seal all around a skylight if you don’t remove the corrugated plastic that is nailed on over it? I was told that they didn’t have the hardware to put the plastic back in place so they were just going to roll one side back. The two leaks that I hired this company to repair have not been repaired. The plastic covering my skylight is cracked and now more water is coming down onto the skylight that was not properly sealed, so now it’s leaking MORE… and I’m still waiting to hear back 3 months after I hired them. I will continue to update this review if I hear anything else from the company. 10/7 update - at 10:04 this morning I received another payment request from the company via email. No phone call, no professional communication, after the company responded to my review that they would be reaching out directly and that the service I received does not meet their standards.
