Chris was exceptional. He made himself readily available to answer my many questions and demonstrated great attention to detail, including itemizing the invoice so I could easily understand the breakdown of costs. We met at my house to review the roof together and discussed different options. He also invited me to see a nearby roof installation to observe his crew's work and the installation process firsthand. His explanations were thorough, and he always ensured I understood the details. The installation was quick, and the final look of my roof is great. I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the entire process. It was an overall great experience, and I would definitely recommend reaching out to Chris at Augustino Brothers.

Timely (weather permitting), polite, professional, concerned. Chris walked on my roof and determined I had damage and handled the insurance company. I had the insurance company come out and meet with Chris. Everything was handled and the insurance company agreed with the repairs. I trust him totally!!

We were referred to Augustino Brothers by a family member who had them redo a roof following Hurricane Ida. Lisa and Charlie were friendly and thorough. Their team took 2 days to strip our old roof and install the new one. They were timely in arrival and work start/stop. We were also impressed with how clean they left our property after each day of work. We feel we got excellent service and quality from this company and would use again in the future.

I had major roof damage to my apartment building after Zeta and these guys did a great job with the roof and handling my insurance issues. Chris came out and met with my adjuster and got everything covered, truly a master! Paul came out and oversaw all the work that was done. Both of them texted, sent pictures and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I wasn’t even in town. Chris also went above and beyond and helped me with the insurance part after the repairs were complete. I have already recommended these guys to friends and family. I can not say enough about the work they did on replacing my roof appoximately 2 months prior to Hurricane Ida. From start to finish Chris and Paul were professional, and exceptionally qualified in the roofing business. They guided me through the insurance process, supervised the entire job several times a day while the roof was being installed and the work crew was great. I had absolutely no roof damage post Hurricane Ida where many houses on my street and neigborhood suffered extensive roof damage. Chris came out to look at our roof. He explained the entire process and offered to meet our claims adjuster. Without Chris, we would never have been able to maximize our roofing claim.
