Very happy customer!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had! I called Alejandro in the morning and he was here by the afternoon giving me a quote on my roof, interior wall remodel, and porch remodel. No haggling or pressuring me at all. The job was done in two days, full crew on the roof and inside the home! Nothing was spared to ensure my home was upgraded and improved. Everyone was professional, punctual, and the clean up was as if no one was ever here. Thank you so much for working Thanksgiving week to ensure our home was protected and ready for winter.

From the moment we sent for an estimate xyz have been helpful. From Stacie Longoria who set up the appt for our estimate, To our sales rep Alex Pinero who was super helpful and explained the process and the products they offered, all they way to the team that did all the work to get our roof and floor done. We did hit some speed bumps due to weather not their fault but communication was . We appreciate them and their work and we will be referring and using this company in the future. I’m writing this review bc I know if your like me, you want to hire a company that will do a great job! My husband and I looked at 4 other companies, but Mark stood out! I had a gut feeling that this company was gonna do a great job. I was right! Mark was professional from beginning to end! We got a completely new roof, we got upgrades and I am totally satisfied! If you find yourself needing a roof company u can trust, go with XYZ. You will not regret it.

XYZ Roofing and Restorations did a great job repairing the damages on our roof. They responded promptly to evaluate the issue and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the work needed and the associated cost. They recommended repairing and replacing only the missing shingles, rather than pushing for a full roof replacement. Two other companies I contacted insisted on replacing the entire roof, even though most of the shingles were still in good condition. I really appreciated XYZ’s honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. I strongly recommend XYZ.

True Professionalism! We had to redo the roof on two duplexes, the contact here was always considerate and patient. He always updated me on the progress of the roof. The price package of the roof repair was always communicated clearly. I felt this business always had our best interests in mind.

Brent is the XYZ representative we worked with in replacing the shingles on our roof as well as some indoors work. He was very much an "on-site" person, helping coordinate the XYZ people and ensuring that all the work was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend XYZ Roofing! We had a leak that was getting bad fast. We called around to several Roofing companies around Harlingen but either couldn't get anyone on the phone or were told we'd have to wait days for just an initial diagnosis/quote. XYZ was the only one to readily agree to come out the next day and look..rain or shine! Mark showed up and got right to work, identifying our issue within minutes. He was very proficient sent us one of the most professional follow up emails I've ever seen. It included rooftop photos, price quote, and general information about the situation. Their pricing is fair and I greatly appreciate that they didn't try to over sell us anything or tac on additional services and or fees. We will definitely use them again for all our roofing needs in the future.
