Landmark Roofing Nashville

Company did not do the repair I asked for. Since I can’t crawl up in the attic or on top of the roof , I had no way to inspect. I called them because water was coming in the kitchen ceiling from a roof leak. They said they couldn’t do the repair without removing the damaged chimney. They removed the chimney but did not fix the leak according to a company I hired to repair the kitchen ceiling. Now this roofing company wants to charge more to come fix the original problem! They also damaged a tree and left nails all over the ground that caused a puncture in my landscapers mower tire. He also has nails in his truck tire. They left a wheel chuck in the driveway. What a rip off. I’m trying to get someone higher than Luke or Wyatt to talk to. I would never use this company again.

When I called for a roof inspection and shared the details, Luke was professional and knowledgeable. He tried to work with ALLSTATE on our behalf. Although Allstate refused to acknowledge the extent of the repairs needed, we contracted with Landmark to get the repairs done. They did a great job and we are pleased!

Had an appt with Landmark Roofing [Tracy] and he was really great! He assessed the issues and suggested some fixes before I went ahead with the full repair (which was a very fair estimate for the issues)! These folks are personable, professional with reasonable pricing!

I used landmark first for my home roof two years ago. Great job, on time, quickly done, including some decking. The following year my church lost about half of the shingles from high winds, so got Landmark out. Again, this last fall tornadoes came through; no damage to either roof, but siding and gutters off of church, picnic pavilion destroyed, and roof of a lodge where I’m a member gone. Again called landmark! All work now finished at church and lodge. Quality work and materials and easy to work with. I highly recommend Landmark (especially Tracey and Wyeth Gutier) for all roofing, siding, gutters and basic construction needs!
