I had my roof completely redone by Puente Roofing and I am 100% satisfy. Got several estimates and their price was very reasonable. Their work very professional and on time. I dealt primarily with Anthony Puente and he was always responsive and on time. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

They have an AWEFUL service. I have been calling the office for more than a week, and they do not answer the phone. They just put attention to new customers to take the money from them. Don't fall in their game. I have a leak in my roof (still under warranty) that is now damaging a wall. I have been trying to reach them for more than week and still no call back. Very poor service which is not what I had experienced with them 4 years ago, when I originally got my roof done. PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THEM... This people does not take care of the warranty as they promise, and they don't deliver a good customer service.

It would be nice if they'd answer the phone or return calls. All I ever get is their answering service. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They took $22,000.00 upfront from my 85 year old grandmother. Its been 6 months and they DO NOT Answer the phone. The one time they did answer they said the "supplier" didnt have the roof tiles. Yet the rest of the neighbors that are putting the exact same roof tile got their roof complete in 2 months. STAY AWAY from them. They should be ashamed of themselves. NO HAGAS NEGOCIOS con esta compania. Le llevaron $22,000.00 a mi abuela de 85 anos. Hacido 6 meses Y no han terminado el trabajo. No cojen el telefono. Son unos bandidos!!!! Le deben de dar pena que estan abusando de una senora mayor.

Terrible company, no work ethics. If you are a builder or contractor beware, you will send them your clients address for a bid and they will go directly with the client and jump you. They will tell you a price and then tell you its way more. Very slow and unreliable. Do not recommend
