I contacted Carlos after receiving a roof inspection and over inflated quote on roof replacement by another company. Carlos quickly arranged to come to my home and assess the situation and quoted me a very reasonable price that put his competition to shame. The following day they did a COMPLETE roof replacement and clean up before the sun could set. These guys are THE REAL DEAL. You can see the quality of the workmanship and the materials used. Carlos Affordable Roofing did an amazing job. My roof had many leaks and I was going to just fixed those spots which were damage. He gave me such a great price on replacing the whole roof I couldn’t say no. Carlos had his guys out the following day early in the morning working. Job was completed in one day. Carlos even came back to the job site during and after to check on the progress. The following day while his guys were working on my parents (YES MY PARENTS GOT THEIR ROOF DONE DUE TO THE AMAZING WORK HE WAS DOING ON MINE). While Carlos and his guys were doing my parents home and garage roof, he arrived back and did a final check on my roof and even sent his guys back out to install a much longer roof ridge because he was not content with the work. Outstanding service and very friendly. 1 year warranty on labor. hurricane beryl just passed ok July 8th. I observed my roof after the storm passed and not a single issue, no leaks. Carlos and his team came and gave me an assessment for repairing my whole roof and outline a plan including the time that it would take to get it done. They came with materials and got the work completed the the time that I requested. Mr Carlos stopped by everyday to oversee the project to ensure that things went well.
