Gerardo(the owner) and Beto( the project manager) provided a thorough inspection and were very professional throughout the process. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean. The roof looks great, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and professionalism. My elderly mother needed a new roof, so she naturally reached out to her son (me) to make it happen. I remember my neighbor having a roof replaced a few months ago, and the crew was quick and professional. Furthermore, my neighbors were very pleased with cost and quality of the work, so I asked for a referral. The roofers were Tactic, with the owner Gerardo overseeing everything. Gerardo met me at my mother's house and made a proposal with quality workmanship and materials and a good price. They came out less than a week later and completed the job in a single day. Gerardo and his crew did exactly what they said they would, and my mother and I are both happy with the job done. 10/10 would recommend!

The owner Gerardo is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about roofing. Instead of insisting I replace my whole roof like other roofers did, he noticed that maintenance was all that was needed and that my roof still had life in it. I highly recommend him, the cost was reasonable as well. I attached before and after photos of the work.

I had a great experience with Tactic Roofing & more, Gerardo explained everything about the process in detail! He was able to schedule time to inspect my roof within a day of me contacting & he even came out while the Insurance Inspector was on-site to ensure the inspection was thorough and it helped tremendously I was able to get my whole roof replaced instead of just a partial replacement! He went above and beyond to ensure I had all my questions answered! The work was completed on schedule and right the first time. His crew on-time and the finished in such a timely manner. I really wanted to write this review to let everyone know what a great experience I just had with my roofing contractor Gerardo and his company Tactic Roofing & More. Taking on such a large and expensive project can be extremely daunting and stressful. As well I have had my fair share of dealing with contractors who appeared to be competent and then turned out to be quite the opposite. But Gerardo and his crew made this a pleasant experience. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. Within five minutes of watching the crew prepare on day 1, I knew I was in good hands. They all went right to work with the military procession of a team that has obviously been doing this for a while. From the start Gerardo was great. He never rushed me, explained every phase and what to expect, and came in with the best-priced quote as well. He documented everything with photos from the beginning until the end. He and his crew were very honest and showed great integrity all the way through. You will not go wrong with Tactic Roofing & More!

This past Good Friday we received a blessing with the excellent work that was provided by Tactic Roofing. The project manager Gerardo gave a family member an incredible price and outstanding service. They were both detailed and outstanding in the installation of her roof. The service was simply exemplary. God truly gave us an amazing blessing by leading us to Tactic Roofing & More LLC.
