CJ2 Roofing

We needed to have our roof done, as well as the shed and gazebo, as they were showing signs of wear and we had some missing shingles. Jimmy surveyed the damage and gave us a very fair quote for the roof and some other things we wanted to do(ridge vents and remove a skylight). The Team showed up on time, did a WONDERFUL job with all the work; cleaned up thoroughly afterwards- I was worried about finding a lot of nails because we have grandchildren that love being outside- but after three walkabouts I found four nails- a GREAT cleanup! Marina was on site to answer any questions, and the gentleman dropping off / picking up the dumpster was so courteous and professional! Everything was taken care of- I had nothing to worry about- CJ2 roofing had it all under control! I HIGHLY recommend them for your roofing needs!!

I would recommend CJ2 Roofing to anyone who mentioned they needed roofing services! Personally, the process was very long and drawn out from the inspection all the way to completion because we had an insurance company and a bank involved. It wasn't really anyone's fault, it was just the process but Jimmy at CJ2 was with me all the way. He was so helpful and encouraging when I felt as if it would never happen. He basically held my hand at every stage. Marina in the office was always available to walk me through the paperwork when something else was needed (and she was on the job site too). The actual installation of the roof was so fast and efficient and well organized that it went off without a hitch. The crew showed up just before full morning light and prepped the area around the house to minimize damage then the work commenced. It was completed by late afternoon and the cleanup began. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and put all my stuff back where it was that morning. The remaining materials were stacked neatly to await pickup the next day. I also want to mention the gentleman who dropped off and picked up the dumpster - he was so nice and so good at his job. When I took a cup around the house later to make sure they didn't leave anything my dog could hurt his feet on, I found one nail and three rubber bands! When I say they were thorough and great at their jobs - I mean it. Thank you to everyone involved from beginning to end. I would hire you all again in a heartbeat.

Best customer service I've received! James was not only professional but honest! Our insurance denied our claim but James and CJ2 were able to get this approved, after help with their attorneys. My roof project started today before I went to work. I was surprised to see it finished and the crew cleaning up when I came home. They did a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier.
