Priority Roofing

We hired Priority Roofing to replace our roof and were initially pleased with our representative, Job Martin, who did a great job with the roof inspection, coordinating with our insurance company and the roof adjuster, explaining material options, and scheduling the work. The new roof itself looks great, and up until the day of installation, everything seemed to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, after the roof was installed, the experience quickly declined. Our leaf guards were left damaged, pipes were discarded haphazardly in our yard, and tar was splattered across our driveway and garage door. Their "clean-up" left white splotches all over our garage door. Plants were crushed under discarded materials, and after a storm, roofing nails that had been left in the gutters washed onto our freshly cleaned driveway, which miraculously did not damage our car tires. The most serious problem was with our microwave. A couple of days after the roof installation, the microwave vent started making a loud shrieking sound whenever we turned it on and came to a grinding stop. We paid an appliance company to check it out and the repairman pulled a bunch of roofing nails out of the microwave vent! The technician confirmed this was entirely avoidable had the vent been properly covered during the roof installation, which should be a standard precaution undertaken by a professional roofing company. While we understand that some incidental damage can occur with major home projects, Job’s dismissive attitude and repeated no-shows for scheduled repair appointments added to our frustration. He gave excuses about being too busy and downplayed the importance of these issues. After waiting a month, only some of the damage was repaired, and our driveway and garage door remain unfixed. We ended up deducting the cost of the repairs from the balance in order to finally get the damage repaired ourselves. Job’s rush to finish the job in one day led to careless execution, and we were left to deal with much of the aftermath ourselves. Because of this experience, we do not recommend Priority Roofing.

I unfortunately lost his card and do not remember his last name but Chad helped me in Westside Jacksonville. I can not say enough about this young man. Chad was extremely patient, explained all of my options thoroughly making sure I understood everything in order to make an informed decision. He was so kind, hard working, knowledgeable, and very, very honest. I wholeheartedly recommend requesting Chad and going with priority roofing

Brandon gave me a detailed estimate of all work that needed to be done and answered all of my questions and concerns. Brandon and his crew did the work as promised, they were fast and efficient. My new roof looks fantastic and Brandon kept me updated through the whole process. This is an excellent company! Brandon Rose is a very hard worker and loves what he does. You can tell by his level of integrity and excellence. He is outstanding to work with.
