I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware. A DaBella representative came door-to-door offering a free roofing quote, and I agreed to schedule one. The next day, a salesman arrived at my home around 3:00 PM and stayed until nearly 6:45 PM, only leaving because I had to leave for my night shift at 7:00 PM. Throughout the visit, he was extremely pushy and insistent, continuing to pressure me to sign even after I declined multiple times. I finally signed because I felt cornered and uncomfortable with how persistent he was. After reviewing everything later, I decided to cancel within my legal 3-day right-to-cancel period, as protected by the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling-Off Rule and Washington State law. I emailed my cancellation notice and also went in person to the Kennewick, WA office to hand-deliver my signed Notice of Cancellation. The representative at the office refused to provide written or verbal confirmation that he received the form, stating that I needed to "have a sit-down" before my contract could be canceled. When I asked if he would consent to being recorded acknowledging receipt, he denied consent and told us to leave the premises. I have both photo and email proof showing that I submitted my cancellation properly and within the legal timeframe. This experience made me feel pressured, dismissed, and disrespected as a customer. That said, I did later receive written confirmation from DaBella’s customer service team that my cancellation was successfully processed and the matter has since been resolved. I hope DaBella reviews its sales tactics and customer service practices to ensure customers are treated respectfully and that their legal rights are fully honored.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in process of explaining the benefits of DaBella Windows and Siding for our home. He was very patient with me in the whole process from start to finish. Joseph was amazing. With us every step of the way. When something went wrong at no fault of ours DaBella took responsibility and made things right with little hassle or effort on our part. Beautiful product, amazing service!
My parents had their re-roofing contracted out to Champion Roofing by these overpriced clowns. The company broke a window, left materials on the roof, including an unopened package of shingles, bent a lawn ornament and left their drug paraphernalia in their driveway. My parents refused to sign the job completion paperwork until the job was actually complete and their window fixed. Upset by this, DaBella sent out one of their reps, showing up to their house in his $100k+ BMW and trying to convince to me sign the completion paperwork for them. When I refused, he then shows up at my dad's work to try and do the same. The window was ultimately fixed by a third- party, but the roofing company tried to charge my parents $800 for 6 sheets of sheathing to cover their cost of fixing the window. I fixed their lawn ornament and also carried down the extra materials left on the roof. We still find nails in the grass and there are still old shingles on top of their patio cover that they never cleaned up. An absolute disgrace of a company that hires even more disgraceful contractors. It'd be 0 stars if it were possible. Reply to the owner: You would have been better off not responding rather than using those excuses. I'll be sure to secure my windows next time before roof work starts ♂️ And what's your definition of "temporarily" because those scraps in the picture are still there after a year and the package of shingles were up there for a month after the job was done. I noticed no comment about overpricing materials to cover the cost of window damage or leaving Marijuana packaging in their driveway.
