My friend recommended Ferdi Exteriors to me when I consider replacing my roofing. I was hard to choose the roof materials. Each one is different from price, shape, endurance, color. Junio general manager of Ferdi Exteriors was very patient with m. I decided to choose metal after several months when I back from summer vacation. But I still hard to choose the color. Junio gave me professional advice after we signed the contract. I could finally got a pretty color which is match with my outside walls. They have different professional groups charging for demolishing the old roofs and gutters, installing new roofs and gutter. The ceiling of my upper bathroom leaked due to lacking of three metal panels which damage during delivery. Junio sent a technician came to check within a hour after I told him. The technician used temporary covers to prevent the rains run through the roof. They installed the three panels when them were arrived. Junio came to double checked the whole installation and found some paint peel off. The painter came to repaint them at next day. Another painter came to repaint my whole bathroom today. It’s a wonderful experience. I should worried about anything. I recommend them not only because of the amazing price and quality. The most important thing is their professional services.

I live in town-home in Kirkland, and my neighbor and I had to have the roof replaced. We looked at 7 estimates, and decided to go with Ferdi Exteriors Construction. JD and his associates answered all our question, and concerns. The decision to go with Ferdi Exteriors Construction came down to reputation, and price. They were not the least expensive, but they had what we believe was the best reputation. They were also able to schedule us faster that any of the other contractors. JD’s team arrived when scheduled. Was efficient, and professional. They were able to accomplish the roofing – working through a day of persistent rain – ahead of schedule. I have already recommended JD’s company to a friend, and would do likewise to anyone interested in getting their roof done. Excellent workmanship, workmen, and owner. My sincere thanks to JD and his team. Reputation well deserved.

I was happy from start to finish with Ferdi. The estimator came out with a ladder and actually got up on the roof to determine the scope of the work more accurately. I was emailed complete info, including brochure photos of roofing and gutter options. Ferdi also did trim painting at my roofline. They were able to schedule work within a short time frame. JD, the company owner, was always easy to reach by phone, and a pleasure to work with. His crew was knowledgeable and professional and did a great job with installation and cleanup.

Great experience with Ferdi Exteriors. Junio came out. He told me what's being done and explained everything extremely well. I feel VERY good about this company and will most definitely recommend them to others and will choose them should I have any future foundation or roofing needs.

Junio and his team were phenomenal! Junio came hours after requesting a bid. His bid was detailed and very reasonable. He is super responsive on text if I had questions. His team did the work quickly with high quality. I had my roof redone and new gutters and gutter guards installed. I would definitely use Ferdi construction again in the future. They deserve these 5 stars!!! I am very impressed.

Junio and his team were great. It was one of the better quotes I got and included the features I wanted like ridge venting, getting rid of the extra/old vents in my roof and new gutters. Junio was very responsive and let me know what to expect ahead of time. My roof is beautiful and turned out amazing!

Ferdi did an excellent job with fixing the chimney of a very old house of mine. He went above and beyond on another project coordinating with bobs heating on a heat vent on a rather steep roof. He provides excellent service, sends pictures before and after the work and is very reasonably priced. Overall, top notch customer service and fabulous communication skills. Thanks Ferdi for all the help! In addition to these two jobs he installed an indoor swing which I greatly appreciate.
