Ray and company built the exact screened room that we had hoped for, and more reasonably than any other company we interviewed. From the Sales team to the office staff to the craftsmen, everyone was polite and respectful. Ray gained our confidence due to his expertise in both roofing and construction, and the fact that he is such a perfectionist allowed us to rest easy knowing that every detail would be attended to. I would not hesitate to recommend ATC to anyone .

ATC just finished a screen room addition to our home, and we LOVE IT! Ray, Kelsy, Jim, and their whole crew were professional, respectful, and responsive throughout the whole process! Ray really put a lot of thought into our project and suggested things along the way that made a lot of sense. They think of your project as if it were their own and treat your home the same way. They were clean, quick, and did a great job. We look forward to many memories in our new Screen Room thanks to ATC!

ATC contractors and Ray are great. It took them a little while to start the work, but once they got here, they stayed and did a great job. Job ended up being a whole lot more work than what everyone first expected, but they did a great job getting it done and gave us a fair price. The guys that did the work were hard workers and did very good work. We will be using them in the future.

Owner will make you all kinds of promises to get your business, but then fails to follow through. You have to make a partial payment up front, but then he goes about his work in a very sloppy manner to get the remainder of the fee. In order to get my business, he was untruthful about what he was going to do. He criticized other businesses in order to make himself look good. When he installed the ceiling fan, the globe was cracked, one of the light bulbs was not installed in the fixture, and the fan was installed 6 inches above my head. The pulls for the fixture were not put on the fixture, and the box with directions/instructions was thrown away. The concrete was poured in freezing temperatures, so he added antifreeze in with it. I was assured that this would be alright. Now the concrete is breaking up in places. Every time they came back to "fix" something, another thing was messed up. I finally told him not to come back. If you are considering this company for any job, make sure you get every last detail in writing and insist on a contract up front.

I just purchased my first home and decided to have a sunroom built on the back porch, I seen the reviews for ATC and decided to give them a call. The estimator was on time for the appointment and was very thorough explaining everything to me. The owner Ray Ferguson was very kind and answered all my questions. I now have a beautiful sunroom, I am so very pleased with the work they did that I recommend them to my mother who had her sunroom done by someone else a few years back and she is now having to have it taken out and be completely redone and after seeing my sunroom she will be calling ATC. Thank you so much for my amazing new sunroom!!

We called and scheduled a appointment to get a roof leak repaired. They were able to move us up two days ahead of schedule. The workers that showed were very courteous and professional. After looking at the problem area they explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was completed in about an hour. It rained today and we had no leak. I could not be happier, very pleased with the repair.
