I am new to the area and needed quality, reliable work done on my house. I found Cornerstone and they responded the next day. Keven listened to what I needed done, made sure he understood the uniqueness of my circumstances and promptly visited my home, made a temporary repair on my roof and created a comprehensive estimate for the roof and siding work that I needed done. When the time came to actually start the work, his crew was on time and very professional. The work was done promptly, efficiently and properly. I have already recommended Cornerstone to another person and that work is in the estimate stage. I have more work that I will want to do in the future and will for sure contact Cornerstone to do that work. I highly recommend Cornerstone Construction Services.

Kevin was on-time for all appointments and provided a detailed estimate. He was easy to communicate with as we clarified the scope of the project. It was not an easy project - replacing rotting siding, detaching a deck to install flashing, replacing rotting posts, and finally adding a screened porch. His team had input in the design that made for a great outcome. We thought we would need a sloped roof and they recommended the A-line pitched roof emphasizing it was going to look a lot better. It really does! They suggested the tongue-and-groove cedar ceiling and retractable screen doors that I didn't know existed. They even located shingles that matched the roof on the house! He communicated any changes to the estimate that included credits too. There were a few minor schedule delays but Kevin always communicated ahead of time and it wasn't a problem for us. Kevin handled permitting, inspections, and had a full staff of framing crew, roofers, painters, electricians, and screening. Small things came up such as the wrong materials and damaged materials were delivered, and Kevin resolved the issues immediately. We LOVE the porch. It looks like it's always been there. I have already recommended Kevin to a couple of friends and I look forward to working with him again.

Cornerstone construction did a phenomenal job at my home. Kevin, Josh and the crew are truly experts at what they do. They did not rush to finish and made sure my deck that was built and basement work they did was truly done correctly and with skilled hands. The price was also very fair. I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone without reservations.

Our family had such a good experience working with Kevin and his crew with cornerstone! We had a huge tree fall on our slate roof of our favorite rental property and had to make a claim with State Farm. I considered using a different company that the agent with state farm initially suggested and I wasn't impressed with them, but as soon as I met with Kevin I knew he was very capable of doing the best job possible and making it easy for our family to work with the insurance company. Kevin was able to help my family find things that were damaged from the tree that we might not have noticed, and he was able to talk to the insurance company and got everything approved! We had a brand new slate roof installed, new gutters, fixed a tin roof, repaired/painted the plaster, and rebuilt a small fence, and all of it was quality work! I appreciated that Kevin kept in touch with me on a weekly basis on how I wanted the job done and when to expect it to be finished. It truly was a pleasure doing business with Kevin, and I would highly recommend working with Cornerstone if you have a project you want done professionally!

I just had a roofing job completed by Cornerstone and couldn't be more satisfied! The crew was excellent and we fell in love with them in the few days they were at our home. The roof was a 12/12 pitch and two stories and they had no issues with removing the old and installing the new Certainteed dimensional shingles. The job site was left as clean as if they were never there. We were pleased with the sales staff and doing whatever they could to make us happy. I have never wrote a review but in this case I can't help but give them my highest recommendation. Ask for Mariana's crew and salesman Kevin Pack!
