We hired Fortitude Roofing to replace a torch down residential roof. They were very responsive and professional through the inspection, quoting, and execution of the works. They answered all my questions with great detail and provided pics/updates of the works before, during, and after.

The whole experience was quick, painless, and totally stress-free — they even worked directly with our insurance, which made things so much easier. Their pricing was very affordable, and the crew that replaced our shingles did an excellent job. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joseph was the best part of Fortitude Roofing. He should actually own and run the company. As for Lee, he is unprofessional and unfortunately my husband and him did get into a very heated argument. Words were exchanged and Lee, knowing that my husband was upset, continued to bait him like a juvenile. We hired Fortitude based on the 5 star review and how helpful Joseph and Cherie were in providing assistance. I received a quote via email and then another letter via email stating that the work would begin at 7am. The workers did not show up until about 10:45am and were completed by 1pm (please see the fantastic photos attached of the wonderful work they did- NOT). I understand that service people have a window to come out to do a job. However, on my letter it stated 7am, not 7-10am or 7-11am. It clearly stated 7am, but Lee argued with me that they have a window of time. I said that should have been indicated then. Also, they used extra contractors in from California to do the job, so not even Henderson or Las Vegas employees.(I could not communicate with them on progress because they didn't understand English and I didn't understand Spanish or whatever they were speaking). My husband came home to a mess in the driveway. Empty energy drink cans, old nails all over, and debris from the roof. My husband is a contractor and at one point in his life had his own business, this made him very angry as he always cleans up his mess. Then when he saw the roof, he pretty much was on the edge. How can this company claim this is professional? Maybe it was just a blow-by job because it was an insurance claim, but still the amount of unprofessionalism and attitude that both my husband and I received from Lee was unacceptable. If, big IF, my husband called Lee a little kid, then he probably deserved being called that because nothing about this company other than Joseph was professional. My insurance company is shocked at these photos and the Nevada Department of Insurance Complaints is equally stunned. Finally, this FANTASTIC roofing company (Fortitude) NEVER completed the job. I called Lee and he started to try to get me to argue with him as he did my husband. Absolutely ridiculous. It seems that Lee’s defense is to pick a verbal altercation and then blame the client.

Great experience, I loved the whole team at fortitude roofing from the beginning to the end, Misty from the beginning explained everything thoroughly, how the processes would take place, from the removal of the solar panels, to the dumpster drop off, removal of the old shingles, installation of the new shingles, dumpster pickup, and the reinstallation of the solar panels. The whole team at fortitude roofing was great. Caesar’s team left the house and yard cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you all it was a very enjoyable experience.
