I would trust H&H with any project! Very professional and kept on top of the job. Had wind damage to my roof in March of 2021. The contractor (Scott) came out, took detailed photos (even drone photos) of the roof and damage and ensured it would hold up until insurance came through. I'm glad he did because it took months of dealing with the insurance company. Scott and Josh handled tons of details with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process. When it came to roof installation, the contract was clear (and electronic!) and Scott went through everything with me and answered all my questions. Roof installation went fantastic and the roofing crew did a wonderful job protecting my and my neighbors property. They kept the area clean throughout the job and were everything you want when it comes to workers on your property. The contractor was on the jobsite ensuring all the needs were met (materials were available, property was protected, and installation was occurring correctly). After the crew was done, they made a final sweep to clean up all debris and ran a magnet over my driveway and lawn to check for nails. The contractor came back out and ran an extra sweep for nails, take 'after' pictures, and answered any questions I had. The roof is fantastic and you can tell from the metal work and installation that these guys are pros and know what they're doing!

Highly recommend!! After a tree fell on our roof we had 4 other roof companies quit when they hit a roadblock with our insurance company. Huston said "challenge accepted". He got us the entire roof, gutters, and skylights FULLY covered by insurance! He refused to give up on us. His team did a fantastic job with install, they were very professional and moved/covered all our landscaping and patio furniture. 10/10 recommend this company!

Got the job done right, timely, and superb clean up. There were a couple of issues from the roof install and Jeff did everything possible to fix and make me happy. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

H and H were great company to deal with. Sam Guinn was with us every step of the way. We could not have dealt with our insurance company without him. He was professional and very available. He made the process easy and is very knowledgeable about the roofing industry. The installation was fast and professional. I would recommend Sam Guinn and H and H roofing to anyone that has roofing needs.

Worst roof replacement experience we've ever had. Met with a rep early April, and when he took a look I asked if we could do this mid-June (15th or thereabouts). Ultimate scope was roof, gutters, and storm door. Was told that would be fine. Spoiler alert: it was not fine. I understand that some delays may happen, so I gave about a month of grace to get in touch or get it done before I reached back out. When I did, on July 15, was told verbatim "Materials are supposed to be delivered end of the week or possibly Monday. Both with start next week." Both referred to the fact that we scheduled both our own and our MIL's roof repairs with this company. Again I HAVE TO REACH OUT on July 25, and was told oops, rep forgot to submit contracts that were required before they'd deliver. Roof finally goes on sometime in August (I think, didn't note the exact date), however still waiting on gutters and storm door. Gutters randomly show up end of September with no warning; had to rush out to get the cars moved out of the garage. Wait a few more days, reach out on the storm door - don't hear anything back for a week. Reach out again, still nothing after a day so I was forced to start texting the main office to just get status updates. Told I'd have a date the following Monday; again nothing. Starting emailing and texting daily. Get a message the day it was supposed to be installed - "...I didn't realize you picked a special order door and not a stock item...Special order doors take 2-3 weeks to get in..." This is AFTER he'd had the link since APRIL (by this point we're mid-October). Finally installed beginning of NOVEMBER. I've already got 2 children, don't want to hire a company so that I can take on a third. Would avoid if timelines have even the faintest importance to you. The sad thing is that we'd used this company in the past with great results - apparently they're on a downhill slide. If you absolutely MUST use them, put timelines and specific dates in the contract with daily monetary penalties for when they miss - might help you avoid our experience. And if they're unwilling to do that - now you see why! TLDR: Project that was supposed to wrap up mid-June wasn't completed until early November with piss poor communication the entire time.
