Christopher was amazing to deal with! He spent well over an hour inspecting my gutters and roof, took pictures and emailed me with my quote. After he inspected everything, he explained in detail what needed to be replaced and why. I felt so comfortable with Chris and knew he was being honest with me. When I decided to go with the bigger gutter, I asked for an updated quote and he sent it right away. He is very responsive. He went out of his way to please me. Install was quick, crew was great and Chris was onsite for the entire time during install making sure everything was perfect! And it was!! I highly recommend Christopher and his company they are well above 5 stars in my book and very trustworthy!!

Our roof was in bad shape. It was old and clearly had things missing it should not. Eli with Quality Built Service was patient with us and took the time to explain the entire process. Including how his company would help us work with our insurance company. It did take some time to have the conversation with insurance we needed to but this team was with us each step of the way. We ended up with a full replacement. When the day came to replace the roof they showed up early, worked diligently and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. One of the things I valued most about speaking with Eli was his honesty and transparency. He openly shared his knowledge and experience with us any time we had questions. If you are thinking of whether or not to work with this company, put your worries aside and just call them. They are honest and will work hard for you, the same way they did for us.

Highly recommend. Erick was great to work with - a very good communicator. They replaced my roof shingles and dormer siding with high quality materials. They mobilized within a week of me signing the proposal, and they stayed on the job until done. The crew kept the worksite orderly, and paid attention to lesser things like sweeping my driveway and my next-door driveway with magnetic nail sweepers. My overall impression is that this company takes pride in their work.

Timing was prompt, they very efficiently removed the old shingles and checked for wood damage. Had the new shingles on and cleaned up the old shingles. Yard looked good after cleanup and roof looks amazing.They sent me photos of progress throughout the day. The job took appx 7 hrs to complete. Antonio was great. He helped me with the insurance part and the shingles selection. Overall it was a 5 STAR job

We are very impressed with Quality Built Service from start to finish, every step of the process was nothing but top notch quality. They were patient, professional, highly efficient and delivered an outstanding end result. The attached image is one of many that Quality Built Service provided and is the finished product that they completed in a day. Even the cleanup was thorough. I’ve been to other homes and found the ground littered with nails, so far, I’ve only found 1. This makes a huge difference when entertaining the grand kiddos. If you’re looking for a company that’s honest, hard working and dependable I recommend you getting these guys to do your work. Cesar is the absolute BEST! When I first met him he told me he would handle everything with the insurance company and adjuster and he did exactly what he said. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, super nice, and very honest. Again, if you’re looking for a company that’s honest, dependable, hardworking then Quality is your company. From now on if I need any type construction work done I’m gonna be contacting Cesar.
