Worked with Bryce Brown with getting my roof replaced was one of the easiest things I’ve had done with the help of Bryce. He took care of everything for me and gave me a lot of information on what was going to be done. It was very fast and they did a great job with everything. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing for your replacement or if you have storm damage. They are extremely knowledgeable and very wonderful to work with. I just recently had Shamrock Roofing replace my roof. I had 2 skylights removed & covered, I felt comfortable with their professional recommendations & they explained everything step by step, which helped me feel more comfortable with the project. Shamrock Roofing did a great job and worked with our insurance company to get roof replaced after the claim was originally denied. Sean G was great to work with and would highly recommend.

First off there was miscommunication from what we requested which was a quote for roof repair in a specific section. Salesman came in aggressively pitching for a new roof when it didn't need to be replaced. Really pushed me to sign a document basically working directly with my insurance to try to get a new roof approved, when I refused he tried to change the document for more favorable terms and continued to push it. Wasted my time, no customer service skills whatsoever. Call a different company this one just wants to sell you a new roof.

What truly set them apart was their willingness to assist with my insurance claim when it was initially denied. Bryce was knowledgeable, persistent, and helped me understand the process, ultimately leading to a successful outcome. Do not use Shamrock. I had a similar experience as another one star review. No communication. Poor customer service. We had new soffit placed and wanted to pay the invoice. We were told that it will just be added to the new roof total. Shamrock ghosted us for the week they were supposed to install the new roof. Horrible customer service and unresponsive management. Do not use this company.
