Great roofing & restoration did a phenomenal job with our new roof and gutters. The plan was incredibly clear, quickly planned and executed perfectly. The options were affordable and we received a upgraded shingle at no additional cost due to the manufacturer. The teams were also incredibly kind and took extra care when sweeping for nails due to our young children and we have yet to find any nails 4 weeks past the installation date. We were recommended them and will happily recommend them in the future.

Joe Konokpa was great to work with! He made the whole experience very easy and really helped with working with the insurance claim. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We love that he sent us pictures when the roof was done. The crew did a great job with the clean up. The whole process has been easy and not stressful at all thanks to all the work Joe has done!

Incredible company, great team. Managed a complicated roofing project for us from day one all the way through to completion. Joe Konopka was a huge help, guiding us in understanding a ton of complicated insurance information and showing up for us every step of the way. Joe's communication was very impressive, he made sure to overcommunicate important updates, key timelines, and explained every step in great detail. The job itself was done fast and accurately. The clean up work was very impressive. Overall we were very happy with the service and company as a whole. We felt Great Roofing & Restoration but Joe in particular went above and beyond for us, in times when great service can be hard to find.

I just had my roof replaced by Great Roofing and I couldn’t be more pleased. Joe Konokpa came to my house and inspected my roof and explained everything. We used Great Roofing and Restoration last August after a hailstorm. Representative Cole Singbiel managed the project and did an outstanding job representing us during the claim process. The work was fast and efficient but the insurance claim was long and took many calls and emails back and forth between the insurance company and Great Roofing. I paid the deductible and never paid anything else after that. A check came in and I gave it to Great Roofing. After that I heard from the insurance company several times that Great Roofing had asked for additional payments for things that were damaged but not paid for. I received 7 checks between September and March. Great Roofing was constantly on the case until all damage was paid for. It worked out very well for me with no effort on my part. I recommend Great Roofing and Restoration.
