Max amd the rest of the roof guys was on point with everything from start to finish. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave me a fair and competitive quote, and followed through with quality work. The roof looks great, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with these guys. While I was dealing with the devastation of losing my father and having to sell his estate, Nick made things so much easier. They replaced the roof and flashing on his home and were so understanding with everything I had going on. I've dealt with lots of companies that don't answer calls or return them. Nick answered every call and text. He's the guy in roof guys in my opinion.

We cannot say enough great things about Caleb and his team. Our Old Louisville home had the original slate that had to be removed and replaced with a material approved by Historic Preservation. I sent Caleb the list of approved products and he chose the authentic style that was the most affordable. It was immediately approved and we couldn’t believe the finished product…beautiful composite slate! I have to add that nearly all of the other roofing companies that we reached out to wouldn’t consider doing this project. Roof Guys did fantastic work and were affordable. I highly recommend them to anybody, especially if you are in Old Louisville. Save yourself some time and make this your first call. I normally do not post reviews but these guys went over and beyond starting from our roof inspector and salesman Travis Rennirt who took care of all of the little details so we wouldn't have to. This included being there when the insurance inspector came by to inspect the roof to the crew that not only installed the roof in a professional manner but they did an excellent job re decking our home and detached garage due to the gaps all over the roof from the original 1x8 decking which is mandatory in the state of Kentucky so therefore your insurance will pay for this in case you didn't know. Cleanup was excellent without any issues or damage to our landscaping or property which was very important for us and our neighbors. So if your looking to get your roof replaced or repaired or are simply needing an inspection and estimate give these guys a call because i seriously don't think you will be disappointed.

They did everything great . It was my first time getting something like this done & I would not recommend letting anyone else do it but them . 10/10 service communication and everything was so professional . Will definitely stay in touch

From the moment we started the roof repair process with Roof Guys we were disappointed. They did not deliver on any of the promises made during our initial consult in March. The #1 thing they sold us on - was that they would handle everything with the insurance. This couldn't have been farther from what happened. We were the ones in a back and forth with our insurance - fighting to get approvals, communication ... EVERYTHING they said they would do with insurance - they did not do. We did. #2. They also sold us on that they use their own crew to do the work and do NOT subcontract out the labor. AGAIN - that proved to be untrue. A subcontracted crew showed up at our home to do the work. The roof install took 2 full days and the trash and trailer sat in our driveway for a week. It wasn't removed until we called the company several times. Additionally - they left the biggest mess - three months later - we are still finding shingles and nails. Over 100 nails were removed by us after the work was done. #3. The communication is terrible. They are hard to get ahold of until they want to be paid and then they just show up unexpectedly with a new invoice, new prices, and new estimates after the work was done. This business will do anything they can to manipulate their prices to ensure they get paid more than originally estimated. They lack transparency and the ability to be honest - we caught them in several lies when we were told they had spoken to our insurance, and they had not. The worst part is that they are causing issues with additional people in our neighborhood that trusted them to do the work and now going through the same frustrations we did.
