They were very efficient and courteous while installing the windows. The windows look beautiful and already have made a very big difference on the temperature of our house inside. Would highly recommend got the job done in one day too.

The workers showed up on time, came in and did what needed to be done, and it was done efficiently. They wasted no time with removing the old windows and installing the new ones. Three installers, five and a half hours including a lunch break, for thirteen windows overall-- that's a reflection of experience and professionalism. I'd recommend anyone who might be considering upgrading their windows to check out Vezina. Now we just gotta paint the house to make these windows really pop.

He explained all my options, made everything simple to understand, and the installation team did an amazing job. All of the windows in our house were replaced and the professionalism of Jose and his crew were more than 5 stars! I reached out to this company hoping to get a quote for 10 standard-size windows because I wanted to compare options, support a small business, and find quality work. Instead of providing me with an estimate, I was told I’d be "better off" going to Lowe’s or Home Depot for the lowest prices. If I wanted the cheapest option, I would have gone there myself. They claim to have been in business for 25 years, offer great service, and stand behind their work but this interaction was the opposite of great service. A professional company should be willing to provide a quote and show why their quality and service are worth the price, not dismiss a potential customer and tell them to shop elsewhere. Based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business to a company that actually values customers and stands by their promise of great service.
