Thompson Roofing was recommended to me by my insurance agent and I’m so glad they were! I worked with Heath Cunningham and he made the experience so easy. Heath was very patient and was able to answer all my questions and help me pick the right options for my home, including going over their financing options. I felt extremely comfortable working with this company and I’m thankful they were so genuine and honest. The workers were kind, quick, and efficient. They even made sure to take care of my plants the best they could and pick up all the nails and materials that ended up in the yard. A storm caused a tree to fall onto our garage roof and make a hole. Plus, there was hail damage. Thompson Roofing did an excellent job on repairing the hole and replacing our roof! Everyone was professional and timely. Thank you to Doug for being an excellent in-person contact from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. =)

Bryan Garlock did an AMAZING JOB on our roof and siding!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of his work, the work of his company, and the way they were able to help with the handling of our insurance estimates. Bryan was professional, experienced and patient. The work that was done is beyond compare. I could not be more thrilled!!!! We had both an entire new roof placed on our residence, and new siding. We obtained excellent warranties on both, and they completed the job extremely quickly!

Thompson Roofing replaced my mom's storm-damaged roof for me remotely - live in Georgia. They were excellent to work with. Very responsive, professional, and best of all did a great job. The quoting process was thorough and reasonably priced. They even uncovered the drip edge needing to be brought to code which the other estimates did not do. Being long distance, they sent me photos of the roof before, during installation including removal of the old shingles and THREE layers of old felt that they removed. Previous roofers had left this which is bad for a roof and the house. They sent photos of the work both prior, progress and finished.They even repaired some minor fence damage. Just made my life SO much easier knowing I could trust they did a good job. Excellent service. Jackson Vaughn was especially great to work with for his thorough work, professionalism and his patience to show me the work remotely. This is the way a roof should be replaced which is one of the most critical parts of a house. I wish they worked in Georgia where we need good, trust-worthy roofers! Great job, Jackson and team!

Bryan Garlock is hard-working, honest man that gave my family a high-quality and reasonably priced job on our roof! Him and his company worked to get the job done quickly, but didn’t compromise the quality of the job! Would definitely recommend to others in need of this!
