The installation crew did an outstanding job in getting our siding applied to the house and our garage. After the external insulation procedure the composite siding and trimwork was expertly applied to our house. After the job was done, the crew picked up every trace of evidence that they had even been here. I would recommend Hansen’s to anyone who wishes to have an expert installation of a high-quality product to their home. We should’ve done this years ago. We can already tell our heating is more efficient. we want to give an extra thumbs up to the crew and two Miguel for being so responsive during this installation time.

Our window project is currently being inspected due to shoddy craftsmanship and terrible installation. Windows are scratched, dented, gaps in corners, wrong sized, poor caulk work, damaged trim, I could go on and on and have 2 dozen photos to show it. Then to top it off we were billed our full project amount without my approval, before any remediation actions took place. Zero confidence right now that this project will be corrected and our "new" windows will actually look new.

It was a smooth process from beginning to end. Travis our sales person did a great job listening to our needs and suggesting the product for our project and budget. The communication from 1-800-Hansons was great from ordering, scheduling to install date. Installers Tim & Wyatt did a tremendous job, the finished product looks great. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old windows. Would definitely recommend.

At first everything was going great, then things went downhill quickly. From the initial signing of paperwork the price went up dramatically. Then the window installers come and just open every door in the house without giving us time to put our dog and cat in a safe place. Then the window install was mostly finished. Then we had the door installer come and take days longer than was originally scheduled. Then we tried to schedule for someone to come back and finish caulking around windows and finish the door install and had to be rescheduled 5 times with varying excuses. Getting from the office, "well I'm not sure what the last person told you, but this is the excuse for thus week." To top it all off we now have to continue to deal with a company that does not take customer time into consideration when scheduling for the future of our windows and doors. Would not recommend.

From the start to finish of the project I had a good experience. I had 8 new windows put in. The salesman was up front and honest with his pricing and explanation of each option. The windows were installed professionally. The windows reduced noise, and seem to do better at keeping my house insulated. I'm one more step to restoring this old house to its former glory.

The installation was excellent! The crew was hardworking and professional, clean-up was superb. The only issue was the color of the siding was a little off - so very hard to tell what a large building will look like based on a small chip. The corporate policy was to not let us drive by houses with the same color that they had installed, so that was a disappointment. We are learning to love our Parchment colored siding (yellow-cream).

We are so pleased we went with Hanson’s to install our new walk in shower. Beautiful job! The installation crew,Nathan and Chad, worked well together as a team and respected our property. All mess was cleaned up. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend Hanson’s.
