This is the second time we’ve had to have our roof replaced because of hail damage. The last time was in 2011 and we went with the Ganser Company. We were very pleased with the work back then, so we contacted the Ganser Company for this recent damage.Marc Ganser came to our home and we immediately felt like we had been friends for a long time. Marc has so much integrity, and he represents that which the company stands for. Now that our new roof is done, we can only say, well done, Ganser Company and team! The roof is beautiful. The guys that came out did an excellent job and it was done in one day. We highly recommend the Ganser Company and give them five stars! Ganser installled all new windows in our house earlier this year. Marc was great to work with and so customer focused. He helped educate us on new windows and cared for our concerns and questions. He even suggested a completely different color of windows that would standout and accent the house, other than boring white. Well, we have had literally everyone in our neighborhood compliment us on the new windows! What a great suggestion, even though we were apprehensive to choose that color to begin with! Recently, we found one window to be sticking when opening and closing. I emailed Marc about the problem. He literally got back to me in 30 minutes and the Ganser team was at my house with repair made in an hour! That is remarkable customer service and not something you find nowdays! It is too unfortunate more companies don't push to put their customers fist like Ganser does! Thank you for great service and quality windows!

The Ganser Company's customer service is unsurpassed. We were very satisfied with our window and siding replacement on our home back in 2015. In the subsequent years they have been quick to respond to maintenance questions and minor repair requests that we have had. We highly recommend them for home improvement and follow-up work.

Marc at Ganser Company is the person you want to work with. He coordinated a project at my 1920’s home about 10 years for a roof and flat roofs, the entire experience was great. When I recently had an issue come up that I thought was related to the roof, he came out in person and gave me an honest assessment and recommendation of how I can resolve it. It wasn’t related to my roof, his perspective gave me a direction and reassurance. In a world full of questionable contractors, Marc and Ganser company is the real deal. We had the pleasure of working with Ganser Co. on a project with all new windows for the front of our house, front door, garage door, flooring, woodwork and drywall for our entryway, hallway and laundry room. Our sales person, Joe Huston, made the experience an easy one from start to finish! He had a vision for what the curb appeal was going to be with our windows, front door and garage door and he was correct. Joe was a pleasure to work with! We were also pleased with the trades people that did all of the work for Ganser. They were very good about keeping us informed, cleaning up after a days work and their attention to detail went above and beyond. We are so happy with how everything turned out. It is a pleasure to drive up to our home and not feel like it is stuck in the 60's anymore!

Just met with Mark Ganser concerning a possible roof replacement for my Aunt's home. Mark demonstrated amazing integrity when he shared that although the current roof is 23 years old, he recommended waiting another 5+ years before replacing it. He pointed out why she could wait and also a few things that could be done to improve the appearance today. As a result Ganser will be at the top of my list to replace a roof when needed. We thought we needed all new windows in our home as they had moisture on them. We had a local company give us an estimate that was very high priced. We called Ganser for a second estimate and Marc came out and was absolutely amazing. He told us right away that our windows did not need to be replaced. He said he couldn’t honestly sell us windows that we currently didn’t need. "I just wouldn’t feel right". He suggested we turn our furnace fan on and see if that would decrease the moisture on our windows and sills. It WORKED!! By the next day we had dry windows.
