I have had some really bad experiences with roofers and contractors in general in the past. I did my homework and selected EPIK for my recent roofing job and I was NOT disappointed. In fact, I was extremely pleased. Shawn was very professional in his communication. We had a good exchange of ideas and concerns, and the result was an excellent job, performed quicker than either of us expected and with clean-up that impressed even my wife. I could go on-and-on but suffice it to say that my experience with EPIK was absolutely the best contractor experience I have ever had. They even had to do so extra work that was only required because of short-cuts that previous roofers had taken.

Shawn and Preston have been extremely helpful from start till finish throughout the process of the claim in getting the roofing fixed after a hail storm. Their team followed up patiently yet professionally with my insurance which took a long time from the insurance side. EPIK has been transparent in its process through our and finished all repairs on the time they planned and informed. Work was seamless across all aspects. They have done a stellar job and are very reliable company to get your roofing changed if you are in the Dallas area.

Shawn and Baylee were amazing through the entire insurance process that took 22 months to settle. Very professional and their work was impeccable. I would recommend them for any job you may need done.

We could not be happier with the work done by EPIK Construction. Preston was extremely professional and helped us with some of our decisions that needed to be made. Our home looks brand new with the new fascia boards, siding, gutters and paint. The whole staff communicated with us at every step of the way. Max and his crew were excellent as well and did top notch work here (also very quickly). EPIK will be at the top of our list for any other projects we have. Thanks again.

EPIK Construction did an amazing job in getting our house back to normal after house flooded. Jordan and Preston were amazing and their crews were efficient and respectful of our home. They were extremely efficient, and helped us through the claim process.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism with Epik Construction. Shawn and Preston were quick to respond to all our concerns and questions. Shawn met with our insurance adjuster and went over all the damage to make sure all the damages from the hailstorm were included. Jordan was amazing to keep us informed on all the dates and schedule. When the work was completed an inspection was done to make sure work was satisfactory and all debris had been removed. I highly recommend Epik Construction!!

The team at EPIK construction are truly customer focused and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Even while my insurance company dragged its feet in getting my claim adjusted, the EPIK team were in action going the extra mile to finalize my claim with the adjuster to get the job done! The job was completed very professionally and in record time, and they even threw in a free upgrade to much superior shingles than the ones they replaced! The new roof looks fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about their customer service and the quality and speed of the work they did! Would highly recommend to anyone!
