They did such a good job! I loved how great Jeff was with sticking with me from the beginning to the end of the project and no matter how many questions I had he answered right away. He is a great guy to us vets! He has the best customer service. The roof looks great!

This is a servicing company. Work is out sourced. The only thing Texas Vets Roofing did was pull a permit and sit back and collect and charge top dollar to do so. I was told in initial meeting they would handle my insurance company and everything. Not true, only 2 emails were sent to my insurance company fron them and both of those were supplements. Even when it came down to depreciation payment, I forwarded email to them for them to respond and nothing, it was left for me to respond to. I was lied to about other things as well. The actual company that did my roof did do a good job. I wish I had their contact information before I signed my contract.

I had a great experience with Texas Vets. I contacted them regarding wind damage to a small section of my roof, and they had someone onsite to assess the issue within two hours of my call. The repair was scheduled for the very next morning. The technician was courteous, thorough, and professional. The quality of the repair is excellent—you would never know there was any damage to begin with. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. Additionally, they took the time to correct some misinformation I had previously received from the original roofing contractor. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Sergey was our representative, and he and the whole crew were awesome! They finished the entire roof in a single day! Everything looks great, and all the information and contact provided prior, during, and after the job was completed was great! Everything about the job, and insurance, was explained in detail beforehand. The response time for all and any inquiries was prompt, courteous, and complete. Plus their track record is a true testament of their workmanship, and can be seen in the photos provided as well. Give them a call or email them like I did, you will be more than pleased!!!

Jeff New was with us through the entire claim process. Super knowledgeable and worked directly with our adjuster to make sure all repairs were covered on our hail claim. Once the claim Was approved they had us scheduled the same week. The new roof went on in a singe day!
