Federico and his team at Canopy Roofing are top notch. From the initial quote process to the installation, the level of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were very very good. Federico goes out of his way to make sure that everything is well thought out and executed to perfection. For example, we picked out a blend that had some unique features and Federico made sure he was present during the initial tiling days to ensure the blend was installed correctly. Additionally, his team was good about following instructions on certain areas to put extra coverage on and where to park and not park. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Federico and the team at Canopy to anyone looking for a roof replacement or any other work. High integrity, honest, hard working team that delivers a high quality product and experience.

In great appreciation and gratitude. Once I saw that Canopy was BBB accredited, I made my decision to go with them among the other 3 local companies I had consulted. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.

I own a home in Coconut Grove. After interviewing about 9 roofing companies I selected Canopy for the thoroughness of their estimate. I didn't want any surprises. Most roofers will give you a base quote on a roof but when you look at the charges for plywood and this and that, your $30,000 estimate quickly becomes a $40,000 surprise. I knew my roof and, more importantly, I could see that what Canopy was planning to do was the best approach among many. From soup to nuts this is by far the most professional and conscientious company I have ever dealt with. Federico, the owner of Canopy, has a wealth of experience and he doesn't cut corners. They showed up on time. They cleaned up. They operated like a well oiled machine. You might find a larger company and you might find a cheaper price but you will have a hard time finding someone who will do what Canopy does. They are awesome.

Federico and Canopy Roofing replaced the tile roof on my house this spring. They did an excellent job and were extremely easy to work with. Federico is always responsive and pleasant and Julie in their office is great to work. I recommend them highly for residential roof replacement.
