We acquired a building that had been serviced by City Roofing. Since the repairs were still in excellent condition, even a few years after completion, we asked them to issue a warranty in our name as the new owners. They promptly sent their site manager to inspect the property, and thanks to the great quality of their work, the roof was found to be in excellent shape. As a result, they were able to extend the roof warranty to us. This is exactly the kind of trust and professionalism you hope to find in a well-done job. Thank you for your support!

City Roofing was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were patient and ensured I was clear on each process of the roof work. My sales rep Joe C. Is the best. He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. From the time I reached out to City Roofing for a quote, to getting the quote from Mr George, to starting the project and getting almost daily updates from Mr Mario; I have had the most professional interactions. We had the pleasure to work with City Roofing for a full roof replacement in July / August 2024. We replaced leaky shingles with a full metal replacement. From our initial quoting with Mike, through the entire install process, we were provided with different options to choose from, and never felt 'forced' into anything we did not want. The installation team was professional, worked very quickly, took pictures constantly and kept us updated. Other than normal weather-related delays, the work was done in a very efficient manner. Because this was completed August in South Florida, we very quickly got to 'test' the roof in August/September weather, and positively the new roof immediately stood the test of mother nature. Overall would recommend them to anyone looking for roof work. Hard to take a picture of the final work, but one image attached shows a small section one year later.

They returned my calls, arrived on time, communicated professionally with pictures of the damage via text, completed the job in the time-frame they quoted, sent completed photos via text and cleaned up everything BUT the icing on the cake was the leaf blower at the end of service to ensure my front patio was free of all debris! Honestly, I was blown away by City Roofing! Peace of mind has no price tag but this level of service is exceptional among construction services, especially in south Florida! Great Job and I recommend them all the way!
