Great experience with Shelter roofing and solar, had solar panels and backup batteries installed also a complete roof replacement. Everyone from sales, roofers and electricians were great. They were very attention to detail, cleaned up throughly everyday and very friendly. Very happy with my new system and roof. Couldn’t be happier..

Great Experience with Shelter Roofing and Solar I had Shelter Roofing and Solar install solar panels on my home, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The team was super friendly, showed up on time, and got everything done quickly and professionally. They explained everything clearly—from how the system works to what to expect with permits and inspections. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Now that the panels are up and running, I’m already seeing savings on my electric bill. If you're thinking about going solar, I definitely recommend giving Shelter Roofing and Solar a call. They made it easy and did a great job!

After getting a bunch of quotes from different roofing companies in Los Angeles, I felt like everyone was trying to price gouge me. Then I found Martin and his team — honestly the best decision I made. He’s a super knowledgeable roofer, explained everything clearly, and even flew a drone and got satellite measurements to make sure my roof repair and installation were done right. The whole crew was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves every day, and even covered my windows and property with tarps to prevent any damage. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and when the city inspector came out, he said he hadn’t seen a job done this clean and precise in a long time. If you’re looking for a trustworthy Los Angeles roofing company that actually cares about quality, I’d definitely recommend Martin and his team.

5 Stars – Exceptional Solar Battery Installation Experience! We recently had a solar battery system installed by Shelter Roofing and Solar, and the entire experience was nothing short of fabulous. From the initial quote to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care. The quoting process was clear and competitive, with no hidden surprises. Their project management team kept us informed at every stage, making the entire journey stress-free and seamless. The installation crew was punctual, respectful, and highly skilled—everything was completed on time and to the highest standard. We are extremely satisfied with the results and are already seeing the benefits of our new system. If you're considering solar or battery storage, we highly recommend Shelter Roofing and Solar. They truly deliver on their promises!

Shelter Roofing and Solar is an absolutely phenomenal company, and we are extremely glad we chose them to repair our roof and install solar for us! I did extensive research on many companies, and Shelter was the company that stood out miles from the rest! There was no comparison. They are neither the most or least expensive, and we feel that what they did was worth every penny! They worked hand in hand with us, explaining what would be needed in detail with different options available to us. They kept in very close touch with us with updates and schedule changes (due to weather, etc.). Their workers were incredible, so friendly and professional and competent. The quality of work was top notch, and we have no complaints. Any questions we had were answered completely. Shelter handled all of the permits and inspections. They cleaned up any debris immediately. We highly recommend Shelter Roofing and Solar! Ann Simi Valley

After the torrential rains this past winter it became obvious that I needed to get a re-roof (AKA Lift and Reset) done on my 35yr old tile roof. After researching companies and getting quotes I decided to go with Shelter Roofing and Solar for four main reasons: 1) The salesperson, Vivek, was honest and straightforward - he didn't try to hard sell me and there was no pressure whatsoever 2) The reviews (across platforms) are phenomenal 3) Their quote actually came in lower than all the other quotes and 4) They were able to do the solar detach and reset as part of the job. In addition, I was interested in taking advantage of the SGIP rebates and adding a whole home battery system so I decided to work with them to add a battery system to my home as well. I can say that from beginning to end everyone on the Shelter team was exceptional. They are professional, timely, down to earth, and honest. They are also willing to drop everything and assist in the event that your battery unexpectedly stops working and needs some TLC (huge thanks to Brandon and Levi for helping me - clutch play). I want to specifically shout out some of the amazing people who helped along the way, specifically: Vivek, Kat, Darshan, Rudy, Lareina, and Colin. Side note: I am writing this review after my roof and battery are installed and working, however I a still waiting on the final steps of the SGIP rebate system. I will update this review or post a separate review once that is finalized (government stuff is always a bit slow) Follow-up: On October 2nd 2024 I received my full SGIP reimbursement!

Needed a roof repair after the last rain and Shelter Roofing arrived to the rescue. Was very satisfied with Benny (the project manager), and his explanation of the project. The scope of what was done to complete the job, to assure the leak would be corrected, was carefully thought-out. They also patched a wooden beam that was not part of the roof, though may have in some way contributed to the leakage. Lilibeth in the main office kept me updated of the scheduling and answered all the questions & follow-up details. The cost was as expected and seemed very fair - especially considering the extra work done. I had previously used Shelter Roofing about 7 years ago, and shall certainly call upon them again if needed. We need more companies of their caliber and fairness.
