Nick from Paragon was awesome. He arrived promptly and made us feel comfortable with his friendly demeanor. He was clearly knowledgable, and thorough in explaining the issues going on with our roof. He was fair and didn't try to press us with sales tactics. He offered his expertise and thoughts on other issues related to home ownership without reservation. This is my third job done by Paragon Roofing, there’s a reason I keep going back to them for numerous home projects. When you find a contractor you can trust, stick with them. I had vinyl siding replaced with fiber cement board for the most recent job. Taylor and his crew are top notch people from start to finish of any job. Taylor is a trustworthy contractor you can trust for your remodeling job or roof replacement; he’s up front and honest and will always honor whatever he says the crew will do for their job. My insurance company cut me a check for $14,000 for tornado damage in the storms of March 2022. Paragon came out with their expert opinion and quote. They cited several things insurance did not account for including (but not limited to) siding replacement, gutter replacement, and many upgrades needed to comply with State of Tennessee building codes. We sent my insurance a bid with PDF files of code documents and additional work, and my insurance company approved everything. The workers who came out were all kind and courteous, and the project manager/owner Taylor followed up as much as possible. The total project closed out at $50,000 and I was only out of pocket $500 for my deductible. Extremely satisfied, highly recommend.

Nick was personable and thorough, even continuing a free inspection in quite heavy rain. He provided an honest assessment with many photos, offering helpful advice. Can’t recommend Paragon enough. I’ve unhesitatingly recommended Paragon to friends and will certainly turn to them for all my future roofing needs.
